职位描述

1. Analyze and evaluate material properties for first item inspection, series monitoring of welding quality in battery system. 2. Assessment of the failure parts from metal materials, documentation, description of the failure status and gathering of all necessary information about the part and vehicle / test history. 3. Support process optimization and supplier from material technology’ view 4. Provide technical support for failure analysis to meet product quality requirements and standard (e.g. ISO standard). 5. Establishment/ Involvement of working groups to solve material-related problems. 6. Coordination with other VW networks about failure analysis 7. Independent Planning, implementation and coordination of chemical and / or physical and / or functional tests and investigations of metallic materials. 8. Aim in specific expertise of metal materials with WOB Lab and transfer of specific know-how to other VW colleagues. 9. Independently optimize, develop and verify test method/ procedures 10. Provide supplier with effective suggestions or measures on technical consulting.

任职要求

1. Master or comparable, PhD or comparable in Material Sciences and or Mechanical Engineering, preferably additional education abroad 2. Min. 3 years’ experience metallic material analysis, welding quality analysis experience is preferred 3. Chinese, fluent German and/or English 4. Basic knowledge on Q-methods (FMEA, SPC, MFU, QPN, 2TP) 5. Prefer working experiences in battery supplier or OEM 6. Integrity, precise work, pursuit of science 7. Good flexibility and resistance to stress, assertiveness 8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation 9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
