职位描述

1. 负责带领服务伙伴完成设备(包括但不限于轮式机器人及充电站、移动货架、二维码、拾取站、布线设施建设、网络设备、围栏、安全PLC控制柜、光幕)的安装调试，确保及时正确和安全的工作 2. 负责售后技术支持，包括故障排除，设备维护和维修，客户培训 3. 快速响应与现场服务相关的服务查询，确保客户满意和设备可用性 4. 负责服务合作伙伴的培训，并负责合作伙伴任务后的硬件实现验收 5. 协助服务储备库存的远程管理 6. 其他服务相关工作 7. 需要在客户现场工作2~4周或更长时间 1. Responsible for leading service partners to complete the installation and commissioning of equipment (including but not limited to wheeled robots and charging stations, moveable shelves, QR code, picking stations, Wiring facility construction, network equipment, fences, safety PLC control cabinet and light curtain ) to ensure timely, correct and safe completion of the work 2. Responsible for after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of equipment, as well as customer training 3. Quickly respond to service queries related to field services to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment availability 4. Responsible for the training of service partners, and take responsible for the hardware implementation acceptance after partners task. 5. Assist in remote management of service reserve stock 6. Other service-related work 7. Need to work at the customer site for 2~4 weeks or longer.

Good mobility of working in different geographical and cultural circumstances 2. Quick leaner and excellent hands-on skill, both mechanical and electrical 3. Ability to read and draw electric construction diagrams 4. Strong communication skill 5. Some basic knowledge of network or database is preferred 6. Fluent English in both oral and written form 7.
