职位描述

1. 参与售前商务会议，评估项目合同条款、成本、交货期、维护条款，做出项目可行性判断 2. 主导需求调研，制定项目蓝图(技术协议)，并安排完成项目现场调研 3. 负责制定详细的项目实施计划，并与项目团队成员保持一致 4. 配合研发部门控制开发进度，确保定制的软硬件开发按时交付 5. 与供应链、物流、海关等部门协调，确保产品按时送到客户现场 6. 带领项目硬件实施团队和供应商完成硬件建设，并按照客户要求完成客户现场的硬件建设，如电线设施、机器人地面二维码、货架组装、安全设施等 7. 带领项目系统实施团队成员，完成系统开发验收、产品功能测试、系统对接测试、完成系统本地化部署、客户培训及在线指导 8. 负责控制各个流程的实施进度和质量，完成整个项目交付，获得项目验收 9. 负责客户交接文件，验收后移交项目。并在维护阶段与客户保持良好的沟通，确保良好的客户关系 1. Participate in pre-sale business meetings, evaluate project contract terms, cost, delivery schedule and maintenance terms, and make project feasibility judgment. 2. Lead the demand investigation, create the project blueprint (technical agreement), and arrange to complete the project site investigation. 3. Be responsible for specifying detailed project implementation plan and align all with project team members. 4. Coordinate with the R & D department to control the development progress, and ensure the timely delivery of customized software and hardware development. 5. Coordinate with the supply chain, logistics, customs and other departments to ensure the products are delivered to the customer site on time. 6. Lead the project hardware implementation team and suppliers to complete the hardware construction and commit with customer requirements, such as facility of electricity wiring, robot ground QR code, shelf assembly, safety facilities and other hardware construction on the customer site. 7. Lead the project system implementation team members, complete the acceptance of system development, product function test, system docking test, complete system localization deployment, customer training and online guidance. 8. Be responsible for controlling the implementation progress and quality in each process, completing the entire project delivery, and obtaining the project acceptance. 9. Be responsible for customer handover documents, and hand over the project after acceptance. And keep communication with customers in the maintenance phase, ensure the good customer relationship

任职要求

1. 1本科及以上学历;计算机、物流、机电专业。 2. 3年以上物流自动化相关行业项目经理。 3. 流利的中英文口语和书写能力，能满足日常商务谈判的需要。 4. 能经常在欧洲出差(西班牙、法国、荷兰、意大利、东欧等重点地区)适应工作，出差时间:60%~80% 1. Bachelor degree or above; major in computer, logistics, mechanical and electrical. 2. More than 3 years as project manager of logistics automation related industries. 3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet the needs of daily and business negotiation. 4. Be able to adapt to the work by frequent travel in Europe (focus regions in Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy and East Europe).
