职位描述

YourResponsibilities: 1. Establishing an agile development method (e.g.  SCRUM). 应用敏捷软件开发理论（如SCRUM）。 2. Participate discussion for feature UI elements and logic design.  参与讨论UI元素和逻辑设计。 3. Completingthe create ideas andinnovations ideation, designing, developing and creating prototypes etc.   完成创意和创新的构思，设计，开发和创建原型等。 4. Proposing improvementplan and continuous optimization of products 对现有产品提出改进方案，持续优化产品。 5. Provide internal development teams with the design guidancefor the product development. 为内部开发团队提供产品开发的设计指导。

任职要求

Our Requirements: 1．Finished bachelor’s degreeor above major in product design, industrial design, mechanical design, orrelated area.  本科及以上学历，产品设计、工业设计、机械设计或相关专业。 2. At least 3 years workingexperience as UI design. 3年以上UI设计工作经验。 3. High proficiency indesign software and graphic editing. 精通设计软件和图形编辑。 4. Experience indevelopment during the whole design chain from ideas generation to readyprototypes preferred.  拥有完整设计链的开发经验，从创意到原型者优先。 5. Knowledge of the existing and emergent digitaltechnology and Development of new products in e.g. App Development, IOT orVR/AR.  熟悉现有和新兴的数字技术和新产品开发知识，如应用程序开发，物联网或VR/AR等。 6. Experience in automotiveR&D, preferably in the field of e-vehicles. 有汽车研发经验优先，电子汽车行业优先。 7. Distinctive analytic andprocess-oriented intellectual abilities. 具有独特的分析和过程导向的能力。 8. High degree ofreliability and excellent time management skills. 具有高度的可靠性和良好的时间管理能力。 9. Outstanding skills in communications and team working. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 10. English business fluent; German language capability is a plus. 英语流利，会德语者优。
