职位描述

1. 具备独立完成工作的能力，以及与设计总监和项目建筑师共同合作完成项目。 2. 根据项目需求进行相关研究和分析。 3. 协同设计团队落地所有正在进行的项目。 4. 与客户及项目团队沟通，包括项目目标、合同范围、条款以及进度，领导项目的顺利落地。 5. 协同设计总监和高级建筑师制定设计策略，并与客户、地方政府、设计院、外部顾问和承包商打交道。 6. 整个项目生命周期的管理把控工作：估算、投标、项目开展、每周协调、项目清单、营业额、开幕、项目收尾。 7. 负责与客户、分包商和承包商一同起草和管理项目的各重要阶段、进度、预算、人员配置及项目设立。 8. 负责跟踪和管理项目的财务绩效，确保项目的成功 (例如，工作计划、进度、费用、变更订单、账单和收款)。 9. 负责从项目概念的设计到施工图的起草，包括项目信息的汇总（CAD图纸、草图/ 3D模型、汇报文稿等）。 10.提供有关中国法规和建筑法规的信息，以及有关中国市场标准，建筑产品/材料，投标程序，当地有关部门审批11.流程的信息。 12.监督项目执行，并确保按照规定标准交付。 13.执行现行建筑设计规定、标准、指标和技术措施及本公司有关规定，做到所做设计符合批准文件和有关部门的要求。 14.参加公司内部和外部有关现有和潜在项目的会议，按需进行现场服务。 15.为公司的商务拓展以及市场活动提供支持。 16.协助完成用于推广和针对潜在客户的营销材料和汇报文稿。 17.不断提升自身技能。 18.初级建筑师的指导与培训。 19.按需出差，既包括目前的项目工作，也包括潜在的业务发展活动，可能需要过夜停留。 20.协助设计总监与中方人员进行书面和口头沟通。 21.完成领导安排的其他任务。 1. Work independently and with the Design Department Director and Project Architects in order to arrange and develop the design job. 2. Conducting research and analysis as needed for a project. 3. Implement all the ongoing projects through the design team. 4. Provide leadership to client and team by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms, and schedule to ensure smooth execution of projects. 5. Assisting Design Department Director and senior level staff in developing a design strategy and dealing with Clients, Local Authorities, Design Institutes, external consultants and contractors. 6. Manage project life-cycle, estimating, bidding, project kick-off, weekly coordination, punch list, turnover, opening, and project close-out. 7. Draft and manage milestone, scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project set-up with clients, sub-contractors and contractors. 8. Track and manage financial performance of project for success (e.g. work plan, schedule, fees, change orders, billings and collections). 9. Hands-on design and drafting role from Concept to Construction drawings, including production of information for projects (CAD drawings, Sketch Up models, presentations etc.). 10. Provision of information on Chinese Codes and Building Regulations, as well as information on Chinese market standards, building products/materials, tender procedures, and Local Authorities approvals etc. 11. Overlooks the execution of the projects and ensure the delivering per the established company standards as well as Chinese regulation and codes. 12. Implement Company Quality System throughout the jobs, and contribute to the overall implementation of office procedures. 13. Attending meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects as well as site attendance as needed. 14. Provide support in business development and marketing activities to promote company works. 15. Assisting in the production of marketing material, and presentation packages for promotion and potential clients. 16. Implement continuous development of own skills and expertise. 17. Mentor and train more junior staff members. 18. Business trips as requested by Party A, both for current jobs management and for potential business development activities. These may require overnight stays. 19. Support to Design Director in, written and oral, communication with Chinese counterpart. 20. Other duties as assigned.

任职要求

1. 具有国内外知名高等院校建筑设计或相关专业本科以上学历。 2. 8-10年以上相关工作的专业经验，5年以上项目管理经验。具有海外或国际企业工作经验者优先。 3. 具备项目范围、费用谈判的资深经验，管理项目财务绩效、确保项目财务责任。 4. 熟知建筑规范、标准及建筑结构。 5. 具备完整项目生命周期的专业经验。 6. 熟悉运用Microsoft Office、项目管理相关的软件以及AutoCAD。 7. 能适应出差及承受一定的工作压力。 8. 中文为母语，具备良好的口语和书写沟通能力。 9. 必须具备良好的英文口语和书写能力。 10.具备良好的意大利语沟通能力者优先考虑 11.熟悉运用AutoCAD、Revit和RhinoGrasshopper软件者优先考虑。 1. Degree holder or above in architectural design or related majors from a recognized Chinese, or foreign tertiary, institution. 2. At least 5+ years work experience in architecture design involved in conceptual, schematic and design development phases. Experience abroad or with international firms would be an advantage. 3. Excellent design skills with technical knowledge and experience of taking projects through to completion. 4. Full proficiency in Rhinoceros, AutoCAD (CAD drawings), Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, V-Ray, Microsoft Office and related software. Revit and Rhino Grasshopper would be an advantage. 5. Solid experience of creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies by architecture design software and free hand sketch. 6. Strong aesthetic sensibilities with excellent graphic skills. 7. Possessing proper working attitude, earnest, preciseness, ambition and passion, able to work under pressure. 8. Strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work both independently as well as part of an energetic team. 9. Good written/spoken English communication skill.
