职位描述

1. 协同设计总监、项目经理、项目负责人，共同合作安排设计工作和完成项目。 2. 根据项目需求进行相关研究和分析。 3. 负责从项目概念的设计到施工图的起草，包括项目信息的汇总（CAD图纸、草图/ 3D模型、汇报文稿等）。 4. 协同设计总监和项目经理制定设计策略，负责联络客户、顾问、供应商、设计院、分包商和地方政府，参与内外沟通会议。 5. 协助完成模型、营销材料以及汇报文稿。 6. 负责按工作需要提供协助以确保项目的有效和高效完成。 7. 对所承担的设计任务的质量和进度负责。 8. 负责提供有关中国法规和建筑法规的信息，以及有关中国市场标准，建筑产品/材料，投标程序，当地有关部门审批流程的信息。 9. 负责执行现行建筑设计规定、标准、指标和技术措施及本公司有关规定，做到所做设计符合批准文件和有关部门的要求。 10. 按需进行现场服务。 11. 按需出差，既包括目前的项目工作，也包括潜在的业务发展活动，可能需要过夜停留。 12. 按需参与多个项目。 13. 按需翻译相关中英文文件，同时给予非中文的外籍设计师及领导协助。 14. 完成领导安排的其他任务。 1. Work with the Design Director, Project manager and Project Leaders in order to arrange and develop the design job and finalize projects as requested. 2. Carry out research and analysis as needed for a project. 3. Hands-on design and drafting role from Concept to Construction drawings, including production, developing and editing drawings, images and other documents relating to design (CAD drawings, Sketch Up /3D models, presentations etc.). 4. Work with Design Director and Project manager, in developing adesign strategy; Liaison with Clients, Consultants, Suppliers, Design Institutes, Contractors and Local Authorities, including in/out of office meetings, site meetings, etc. 5. Assisting in the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. 6. Provide any additional support required to ensure the effective and efficient completion of projects. 7. Responsible for the quality and schedule of the assigned tasks. 8. Provision of information on Chinese Codes and Building Regulations, as well as information on Chinese market standards and building products/materials, tender procedures, and Local Authorities approvals etc. 9. Implement the Company Quality System throughout jobs, and contribute to the overall implementation of office procedures. 10. Site attendance as needed. 11. Business trips as requested, both for current projects and for potential business development activities, overnight stays if required. 12. Involvement in multiple projects if required. 13. Translations of documents from Chinese to English and vice versa, when requested, as well as overall language support to non-Chinese speaking designers and managers. 14. Other tasks as requested.

任职要求

1. 具有国内外知名高等院校建筑设计或相关专业本科以上学历。 2. 2年以上建筑设计公司全职建筑设计师工作经验，参与过概念设计，方案设计及初步设计，有海外或外企设计公司工作经验者优先。 3. 熟练使用各种常规建筑设计软件，跟过项目、具有一定的建筑设计经验。 4. 可熟练使用Rhinocero, AutoCAD (CAD drawings), Sketchup, Adobe CreativeSuite, V-Ray, Microsoft Office 等软件, 掌握Revit, Rhino Grasshopper者优先。 5. 在整体概念设计和设计策略制定上，具备扎实的建筑软件运用和草绘经验。 6. 良好的艺术审美和图面表达能力； 7. 工作态度端正，认真严谨，努力，有上进心，热情，能承受压力。 8. 良好的职业精神、责任心以及较强的独立工作能力和团队协作能力 。 9. 具备良好的中英文口语和书写能力者优先。 1. Degree holder or above in architectural design or related majors from a recognized Chinese, or foreign tertiary, institution. 2. At least 2+ years work experience in architecture design involved in conceptual, schematic and design development phases. Experience abroad or with international firms would be an advantage. 3. Excellent design skills with technical knowledge and experience of taking projects through to completion. 4. Full proficiency in Rhinoceros, AutoCAD (CAD drawings), Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, V-Ray, Microsoft Office and related software. Revitand Rhino Grasshopper would be an advantage. 5. Solid experience of creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies by architecture design software and free hand sketch. 6. Strong aesthetic sensibilities with excellent graphic skills. 7. Possessing proper working attitude, earnest, preciseness, ambition and passion, able to work under pressure. 8. Strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work both independently as well as part of an energetic team. 9. Good written/spoken English communication skill is a fundamental advantage.
