1.Take an active role in further shaping the product portfolio for TruConnect, TRUMPF’s smart manufacturing solutions tailored to the Chinese market byTake an active role in further shaping the product portfolio for TruConnect, TRUMPF’s smart manufacturing solutions tailored to the Chinese market by -Assessing customers’ needs and available technologies in order to transfer the market requirements into sound product specifications, both as input for the global product strategy, as well as for locally initiated products -Working with the teams from R&D, technical service, training etc. to implement the resulting development projects -Developing successful business models for IoT/smart solution products -Leading the market introduction process (incl. communication planning, setting up of commercial processes etc.) -Maintaining the overall product roadmap for TruConnect in China 2.Provide ongoing product support and technical training to local sales representatives 3.Develop and maintain comprehensive market and competitor knowledge 4.Actively participate in marketing activities (trade shows, seminars, printed and digital material,…) and develop further ideas on how to best communicate TruConnect to the Chinese market 5.Contribute to the development of the TRUMPF model Smart Factory by actively participating in project tasks 6.Support to complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement

任职要求

1.Diplom/Master degree from International or top Chinese University 2.Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management 3.0-3 years of experience in a technical and/or strategic business environment, first experience in product management and Industry 4.0/IoT is a strong plus 4.Good technical understanding about production technology, software management tools (esp. ERP, MES,…) and production management 5.Creativity and vision for creating a new generation of production management tools 6.Analytical skills and structured problem solving 7.Strong oral and written communication skills 8.Ability to comfortably communicate with customers, senior management, local sales representatives, overseas colleagues etc. 9.Able to work independently and with strong self-motivation 10.Chinese (native) 11.Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China
