Responsible for the planning and coordination of the functional safety activities in the development phases of safety lifecycle. Responsible for maintaining the safety plan and monitoring the progress of the safety activities. Detail and coordinate the safety activities in the plans listed and communicate within the organization. Ensures the confirmation measures are performed including confirmation reviews, functional safety audits and functional safety assessments. Responsible product system level TSC. Responsible for product safety qualitative analysis, such as FTA, HAZOP and Minimum Cutset. Support HW safety quantitative analysis, such as FMEDA, DC coverage. Support Software safety analysis and fault model export, such as SFMEA, CA, DFA. Ensures the correctness of product system level verification case. Make Preliminary Hazard Analysis on Electrical Control Systems. Communication interface for safety topics with customer and provide complex technical consultation, interacts with senior customer personnel and internal senior management.


Master Degree in relevant EE engineering discipline.(Fresh graduates of related majors are also available) Has internship in Automotive product development area, with strong technical background. Well known of Vehicle electrical control System and related functions. Well known of reliability knowledge. Has risk estimation of automotive EE product function experience plus. Fluent in English, (DE plus) Well team work Motivation to study and take challenge
