职位描述

- Management of the activities in China with currently 2 production plants producing Rubber and TPE compounds: responsible for all employees, business functions and associated activities that occur at the sites. - Assure safe, environmentally compliant and financially controlled plants that meet the highest productivity levels possible. Full P+L responsibility. - Identify actions and strategy to maintain the company’s competitive edge in technology and technical innovative solutions - Responsible for all business related departments like Sales, Finance, HR, R&D, Quality, Production and Maintenance - Drive business development, targeting existing and new customers. - Cooperate towards company goals, establish goals, control goals - Identify regional market features and forecast changes. Work out annual sales budgets with focus on product and market development. - Drive plants through budget objectives

任职要求

University level of technical or economical degree and diploma in management preferred - Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken. - Strong Leadership and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple, cross-functional activities and people - Experience in international company in the field of manufacturing, preferable rubber mixing and/or TPE processing - Financial – thorough understanding of relevant financial principles and their applications to conform with HPC standards and policy - Business – Ability to identify and understand cause – effect relationships, identify key issues and define and implement effective business solutions - Marketing – brisk identification of market opportunities and customer needs.
