您的责任 1. 新能源项目安全标准的制定与保障 2. 在概念、系列开发阶段和系列维护期间为新项目创建需求和概念主题 3. 强制实施与 FuSi、HV-Safety 和 D-FEMA 相关的硬件规范和开发要求 4. 发布新能源汽车项目的 FuSi、HV-Safety 和 D-FMEA 范围 5. 负责发布相关输入和信息的处理、准备和收集，以及活动的组织，例如与发布相关的测试、协议等 6. 跟踪给定范围内的发布方式和执行情况，主动预防风险 7. 内外部联系 8. 与不同部门、VCIC、JV、相关技术主题的组件合作伙伴的联系 9. 与 AG、JV、VCIC、组件合作伙伴在 HVB 层面相关技术主题的联系 Your Responsibility 1. Development and ensurement of Safety standards in area of NEV projects 2. Create requirement and concept topics for New projects during concept, series development phase and while series maintenance 3. Force implementation of hardware specification & development requirements related to FuSi, HV-Safety and D-FEMA 4. Release for FuSi, HV-Safety and D-FMEA scope of NEV projects 5. Responsible for approach, preparation and collection of release relevant input and information, also organization of activities e.g. testing, protocol, etc. relevant for release 6. Tracking of release approach and execution within given scope and pro-active risk prevention 7. Interface between internal and external 8. Interface towards different departments, VCIC, JV, components partners for relevant technical topics 9. Interface towards AG, JV, VCIC, components partners for relevant technical topics on HVB level

任职要求

Master degree or equivalent in technical field or business administration 2. Knowledge of automotive technologies & cars in general, e-drives and high voltage battery-related projects, and inverter technical engineering 3. Very good team player, very good communication ability 4. Knowledge of communication protocols and testing equipment, knowledge in high-voltage testing of batteries 5. High motivation, flexibility (e.g. new tasks, business trips, overtime working) 6. 2+ years working experience in the automotive NEV industry or in the communication of components (preferable), with knowledge of ISO26262 and FuSi experience. 7. English (fluent), Chinese (Native), German(preferable) 8. Knowledge of FMEA tools preferable, office suite 9. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 10.
