职位描述

您的责任 1. 负责系统中热组件的开发（如高压电池）。 2. 负责评估系统内/系统的热行为。 3. 负责热模拟和计算，包括。排气热行为和冷却剂流动行为等。 4. 负责从员工层面给出发布建议。 5. 负责分析由散热问题引起的/与之相关的问题，向设计团队提出解决方案和建议。 6. 负责对供热系统供应商进行评价，指导供应商提供供热服务。 7. 负责热测试供应商的评估，跟踪测试状态和测试结果的文档。 8. 支持热系统和组件级性能目标定义。 9. 负责平台范围到中国项目的结转、实施和适应中国的具体需求和规范。 10. 引导热相关主题，并为更好的设计提供建设性的解决方案。 11. 负责电池开发内部和外部的接口：大众集团品牌的研发、合资企业及其各自的计划、采购、质量、生产部门。 12. 参与项目会议和采购过程。 13. 支持电池项目现场投诉目标的实现。 14. 支持组件本地化。 15. 支持ISO 9001认证的目标。 16. 支持工作设备的定义和采购。 17. 支持公司的“持续改进过程”。 Your Responsibility 1. Responsible for development of thermal components in the systems (e.g. High-voltage battery). 2. Responsible for evaluation of thermal behaviors in/at the system. 3. Responsible for thermal simulation and calculations, incl. venting thermal behavior and coolant flow behavior, etc. 4. Responsible for giving the release recommendation from employee level. 5. Responsible for problems analysis caused by/ related to thermal issues, solution proposal and recommendations towards design team. 6. Responsible for evaluation of thermal system suppliers and steering the suppliers in its thermal service providing. 7. Responsible for the evaluation of thermal test suppliers, tracking the test statues and documentation of test result. 8. Support thermal system and components level performance target definition. 9. Responsible for carry-over of platform scope to China-projects, implementation and adaptation for China specific demands and specifications. 10. Lead thermal related topics and provide constructive solution for better design. 11. Responsible for interface internally within battery development and externally: VW Group brands’ R&D, Joint Ventures, and their respective planning, purchasing, quality, production departments. 12. Participation in project meetings and sourcing process. 13. Support the achievement of field complaints targets for battery projects. 14. Support the localization of components. 15. Support the goal of the ISO 9001 certification. 16. Support the definition and the sourcing of work equipment. 17. Support the “continuous improvement process” in the company.

任职要求

Master degree or equivalent in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics 2. 1-3 years (preferable) of mechanical design in HV components fields, ideally experience with HV battery product simulation 3. English (fluent), German or Chinese (native) 4. Thermal simulation knowledge (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus or other equivalent tools), MS Office 5. Knowledge of automotive transmission technologies & cars in general; Deep knowledge of battery-related technical engineering 6. Profound competence in problem solving in mechanical design and failure analysis 7. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation 8.
