职位描述

您的责任 1. 负责新产品（例如汽车电池或电子驱动器）设计的机械和结构模拟和验证，贯穿整个 PEP（产品应急流程）阶段——从概念到 SOP。 2. 负责CFD热流体仿真工作。 3. 负责仿真模型规范的定义和对齐。 4. 负责按要求的时间和质量向设计团队交付仿真报告和评估。 5. 负责从员工层面给出发布建议。 6. 对仿真供应商进行评估，指导供应商提供仿真服务。 7. 负责从设计、生产、测试等方面对机械/结构相关问题进行评估、分析和解决方案推荐。 8. 负责与相关利益相关者保持一致，定义新产品开发所需的模拟工具和流程。 9. 作为德国仿真团队与中国系统组件供应商和内部开发工程师之间的接口。 10. 负责电池开发内部和外部的接口：大众集团品牌的研发、合资企业及其各自的计划、采购、质量、生产部门。 11. 支持组件本地化。 12. 支持电池项目现场投诉目标的实现。 13. 支持ISO 9001认证的目标。 14. 支持工作设备的定义和采购。 15. 支持公司的“持续改进过程”。 Your Responsibility 1. Responsible for mechanical and structural simulation and validation of the new products (e.g. automotive batteries or e-drives) design throughout complete PEP (Product Emergency Process) period – from concept till SOP. 2. Responsible for CFD thermal and fluid simulation. 3. Responsible for the definition and alignment of specifications for simulation models. 4. Responsible for delivery of simulation report and assessment towards design team in requested timing and quality. 5. Responsible for giving the release recommendation from employee level. 6. Evaluation of simulation suppliers and steering the suppliers in its simulation service providing. 7. Responsible for evaluation, analysis and solution recommendation of mechanical / structural related issues from design, production, testing, etc. 8. Responsible for the definition of necessary simulation tools and processes for new products development in alignment with relevant stakeholders. 9. Being as the interface between German simulation teams to system component suppliers in China and internal development engineers. 10. Responsible for interface internally within battery development and externally: VW Group brands’ R&D, Joint Ventures, and their respective planning, purchasing, quality, production departments. 11. Support the localization of components. 12. Support the achievement of field complaints targets for battery projects. 13. Support the goal of the ISO 9001 certification. 14. Support the definition and the sourcing of work equipment. 15. Support the “continuous improvement process” in the company.

任职要求

我们的要求 1. 机械工程、机电一体化专业硕士或同等学历 2. 1-3年（优先）高压元器件领域机械设计经验，有高压电池产品仿真经验者优先 3. 英语（流利）、德语或中文（母语） 4. Master degree or equivalent in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics 2. 1-3 years (preferable) of mechanical design in HV components fields, ideally experience with HV battery product simulation 3. Knowledge of transmission and cars 7. Deep knowledge of battery-related technical engineering 8. Knowledge of established manufacturing/assembly methods in the automotive industry 9.
