由于TruPrint机器的安装量不断增加，很可能在未来须建立一个独立的TruPrint服务团队。考虑到这一额外的团队领导角色，潜在的申请人应具有一定的领导经验和管理技能 主要要求是对TRUMPF 3D打印系统（TruPrint 1000至5000系列）进行安装、维护和故障排除。主要目标是通过现场服务和远程服务，确保中国TruPrint客户的高客户满意度和机器可用性 服务工程师直接向TCNL服务总监汇报，在全中国范围内执行服务。 The AM Service Engineer reports directly to the Head of TCNL Service and performs service activities throughout China.AM The main requirements are installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of TRUMPF 3D printing systems (TruPrint Series 1000 to 5000). The main goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction and machine availability for TruPrint customers in China, both through on-site service and remote service. Due to the ever increasing installed base of TruPrint machines, it is very likely that an independent TruPrint Service Team will have to be established in the near future. In view of this additional team leader role, potential applicants should have some level of leadership experience and management skills. 1. 管理搬迁或安装等项目，向客户和外部服务提供商提供指导和技术支持 2. 未来领导AM服务团队，对所有TruPrint服务问题作出全面响应（关键客户管理、部署规划、项目管理、员工资格、客户支持、通过远程和现场服务为亚洲其他办事处提供二级支持） 3. 与TRUMPF总部和TRUMPF亚洲其他子公司的TRUMPF二级支持（SCC）合作并工作 4. 在现场任务中对TRUMPF TruPrint系统和系统外围设备进行机器安装、维护和故障排除。作为办公室工作人员，为其他现场工作人员和客户提供远程支持。参与24/7热线的日常工作。 5. 向客户介绍TRUMPF的服务产品和数字解决方案 6. 为公司的长期业务战略提供最新的市场信息，如市场趋势、潜在客户的状况/偏好、竞争对手的最新情况等 7. 提高专业技能，更好地了解和配合客户的业务合作需求 8. 与TRUMPF中国内部跨职能部门有效合作，为客户提供投诉、专业技术等方面的支持，解决问题，确保客户的高满意度 1. Carrying out machine installations, maintenance and troubleshooting on TRUMPF TruPrint systems and system peripherals during field assignments. Providing remote support to other field staff and customers as an indoor staff member. Participation in the 24/7 hotline routine. 2. Managing projects such as machine relocations or installations, giving instructions and technical support to customers and external service providers. 3.In the coming future, Leading an AM service team with full responsiveness in all TruPrint service issues (key account management, mission planning, project management, staff qualification, customer support, second level support for other subsidiaries in Asia through remote and field service). 4. Cooperate and work with TRUMPF Second Level Support (SCC) at TRUMPF Headquarters and other TRUMPF subsidiaries in Asia. 5. Effectively cooperate with TRUMPF China internal cross-functional functions to support customers with complaints, technical expertise, etc. to resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. 6. Introduce TRUMPF service products and digital solutions to customer. 7. Provide up-to-date market information such as market trends, status/preferences of potential customers, competitor updates, etc. for the company\\\'s long-term business strategy. 8. Improve professional skills to know better and match demand of customers for business cooperation.

任职要求

1. 机械、电气、自动化或生产工程专业的本科或以上学历。在材料科学和热处理领域有丰富的知识 2. 在3D金属打印业务及相关领域有至少5年的工程师经验。熟悉3D金属打印工艺和设备，有3D打印零件的后续加工和热处理经验。具有先进的机械、电气和数控基础知识，能够使用原理图和其他技术文件的英文 3. 在日常工作环境中，流利的英语在听、说、读、写方面是必不可少的，以便与TRUMPF总部、子公司和国际客户沟通 4. 必须有能力管理不固定工作地点的频繁商务旅行。有较强的承受压力的能力，有强烈的自我激励和决心。 5. 参加在德国TRUMPF的一次性培训，时间不超过3个月 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electrical, automation or production engineering. Extensive knowledge in the field of materials science and heat treatment. 2. At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in the LMF/LMD business and related fields. Familiar with 3D metal printing processes and equipment, experience with subsequent machining and heat treatment of 3D printed parts. Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and CNC control fundamentals, able to use schematics and other technical documentation in English. 3. Fluent English is essential in the daily work environment in the areas of listening, speaking, reading and writing for communication with TRUMPF headquarters, subsidiaries and international customers 4. Ability to manage frequent business travel with irregular work locations is a must. Strong ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of self-motivation and determination. 5. Participation in a one-off training stay at TRUMPF in Germany lasting up to 3 months.
