职位描述

1. 驾驶授权 a) 培训安排，包括计划、服务采购申请、组织、文件编制等。 b) 持续改进现有流程 c) 供应商管理，包括年度评估，根据要求评估，新供应商开发等。 d) 进一步研究培训本地化 2. 测试车辆商用流程(PT&SOP) a) 为中国研发部的测试车辆采购提供支持，包括合同、车辆交接、活动、付款等 b) 车辆登记协调 c) 系统维护方便 3. 测试车辆使用管理 a) feplas系统功能优化，包括系统权限授予，问题解决等 b) 测试车辆的使用管理，包括测试车辆钥匙和钥匙柜的管理，测试车辆使用时间的确立和控制等 4. 所有汽车的保密工作 a) 指令及相关信息的处理、跟踪和传递 b) 就实际个案进行咨询 c) 针对中国具体需求来进行进一步发展 5. 在内部控制政策下建立和优化项目以及其流程，以提高工作效率。 投递链接：career.l.yuan@daimler.com 1. Testing vehicle usage management a) Feplas system function optimization, incl. system permission granting, problem solving etc. b) Testing vehicle usage management, incl. testing vehicle key and key cabinet management, gate pass process buildup and control etc. 4. Overall vehicle confidentiality a) Instruction and related information processing, tracking and distribution b) Consultation on practical case c) Further development on instruction for China specific request 5. Project Support and Process establishment and optimization under internal controls policy in order to improve the working efficiency.

任职要求

1. 工业工程及管理、物流工程、工商管理、机械或车辆工程专业本科以上学历 2. 5年以上在国际环境工作的经验，具有汽车行业项目管理、治理职能管理背景。 3. 善于跟踪细节，并将所有细节系统化总结; 4. 良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维; 5. 能够适应汽车行业的快速变化，快速学习，推动创新，并愿意克服未来的挑战。 6. 掌握车辆结构的基本技术知识优先。 7. 强烈的责任心，有不断改进的动力，愿意付出更多的努力; 8. 有较强的合作精神;对不断变化的需求具有良好的适应能力; 9. 优秀的英语能力;驾驶执照持有人;有德语能力者优先。 1. University degree in Industrial Engineering and Mgmt, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering 2. More than 5 years working experience in international environment with automotive background about project management, governance function management. 3. Good at follow up details and summary all details into a systematic way; 4. Good communication skill with logical mind; 5. Able to adapt rapid change of automobile industry, fast learning, drive innovation and willing to overcome future challenges. 6 Basic technical knowhow of vehicle structure is big beneficial. 7. Strong sense of responsibility, motivated by working on continuous improving and always willing to go the extra mile; 8. Great spirit of collaboration with multi-parties; and good adaptive capability of ever-changing demands; 9. Excellent English skill; driving license holder; German language knowledge is preferred.
