职位描述

1. 与西门子NX合作，从概念阶段到适合的系列（BLANK release）与德国研发总部合作设计和制造白车身 2. 支持白车身零件的本地化，并确保满足所有技术要求 3. 完成每个里程碑的开发任务：及时发布所有CAD数据，根据项目时间表进行工程变更并完成清晰的文档记录，以确保产品的成熟度。 4. 根据MBC BIW零件开发流程进行供应商管理（对外部工程办公室进行资格认证，监督和监控） 5. 成为中国合格的零部件负责人（BTV），并担任德国研发和合资企业BBAC在技术问题上的联系人。 6. 为BBAC寻找故障和解决方案：在生产工厂协助梅赛德斯 - 奔驰汽车的试运行，试模和批量生产，并提供技术支持和扎实的专业知识 7. 参加不同的技术和项目会议并展示结果 8. 与产品规划、质量、AF、DPT和物流等跨职能部门合作，建立项目里程碑，并协调活动以完成紧迫的日程。 投递链接：career.l.yuan@daimler.com 1. Design and construction of body in white part with Siemens NX in collaboration with R&D headquarter in Germany from the concept phase to series suitable (BLANK release) 2. Support the localization of the BIW parts and ensure all the technial requirements are fulfilled 3. Accomplish the development tasks of each milestone: timely release all the CAD data, conduct engineering changes and accomplish clear documentation according to project time line, in order to ensure the product maturity. 4. Supplier management in accordance to MBC BIW part development process(qualify, supervise and monitor the external engineering offices) 5. Be a qualified components responsible person (BTV) in China and serve as a contact person for both RD Germany and Joint Venture BBAC regarding technical issues. 6. Trouble shooting and solution finding for BBAC: Assist pilot runs, try outs and series productions of Mercedes-Benz cars at the production plant with technical support and profound professional knowledge 7. Take part in different technical and project meeting and present the results 8. Work together with cross-functional departments like product planning, quality, AF, DPT and logistics, set up project milestones as well as coordinate activities to pursue tight time schedules.

任职要求

1. 学历 a) 机械或汽车工程学士学位 b) 拥有机械或汽车工程硕士学位的应届毕业生优先 2. 经验 在白车身开发或生产领域具有汽车行业第一经验的毕业生，在OEM或供应商处至少有3年的工作经验者优先 3. 特定知识 a) 非常了解汽车开发流程，尤其是白车身零部件 b) 扎实的CAD知识（西门子NX最好，对Catia / Pro E有深入的了解，并愿意学习新的CAD系统） c) 较好的跨文化能力和不同层次结构级别的沟通技巧 d) 中文母语人士，英语流利，德语优先 e) 对汽车的高度负责和自我负责的工作态度和主动性 f) 接受国外出差准备项目 g) 较强的计划和组织能力，供应商管理能力 1. Education a) Bachelor degree in mechanical or automotive engineering b) Young graduated students with Master degree in mechanical or automotive engineering is preffered 2. Experience Graduates with first experience in automotive industry in the area of Body in White development or production with minimum 3 years’ work experience at OEMs or suppliers preferred 3. Specific Knowledge a) Very good knowledge of automotive development processes, especially BIW components b) Solid CAD knowledge (Siemens NX preferable, at profound knowledge of Catia/Pro E and willing to learn new CAD system) c) Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels d) Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial e) High commitment for automobiles and self-responsible working attitude and initiative f) Willingness to travel domestic and abroad to prepare projects g) Strong planning and organizational skills, supplier management skill
