职位描述

1. 与亚洲和欧洲的开发团队合作进行以目标为导向的“Time To Money“项目，从定义规格到移交给产品维护。 2. 与欧洲的项目团队和团队成员保持密切沟通，协调P88、上海和欧洲之间的工作任务。 3. 根据德国和亚洲 （P88） 开发中心提供的概念，查看电动工具和附件零件、组件和完整单元的设计工作 （3D-CAD）。 4. 建立有关工具及其设计方法的技术/物理功能的能力，以确保正确解释不同应用中有关功能和可靠性的测试结果。 5. 系统地优化工具及其组件的设计，以满足喜利得在质量和成本以及法规要求方面的标准，并适应当地供应商在可用技术和材料方面的能力。 6. 报告所有结果和发现，并向设计团队提供改进、进一步行动和设计适应性的建议。 7. 采取必要措施，确保正确规划和管理项目步骤。负责建立项目结果的完整文档。 8. 确保在开发过程中与喜利得团队、工厂和供应商保持密切关系。 1. Target oriented leading of Time To Money projects from definition of specifications to hand over to product care in cooperation with the development teams in Asia and Europe. 2. Close communication with project teams and team members in Europe and coordination of the tasks between Plant 88, Shanghai, and Europe. 3. Check out the design work (3D-CAD) for parts, components and complete units of power tools and accessories according to the concepts provided by the German and Asia (P88) development centres. 4. Building up competence regarding technical/physical function of the tools and its design methods to ensure to right interpretation of test results regarding function and reliability in different applications. 5. Optimize the design of the tools and their components in a systematic way to fulfil Hilti standards in sense of quality and costs and regulation requirements and adapted to capabilities of local suppliers regarding available technologies and materials. 6. Report all results and findings and give recommendations for improvements, further actions and design adaptions to the design teams. 7. Take necessary steps to ensure proper planning and management of the project steps. Responsible for the complete documentation of the project results. 8. Ensure a close relationship with Hilti teams, the plants and suppliers during the development process.

任职要求

1. 大学毕业生（机械工程），具有至少3年的工业环境经验。 2. 在技术项目中担任项目经理的经验，最好是在Power Tools开发方面。 3. 精通英语。 4. 独立协助国际内部和外部合作伙伴的经验。 5. 高度自我负责，专业技能和分析思维。 6. 在使用CAD软件Unigraphics NX方面经验丰富。 7. 电动工具设计知识。 8. 分析和组织能力。 9. 有中文经验者优先。 10. 在所有Microsoft Windows应用程序中具有卓越的PC知识。 11. 选人必须成熟，主动，独立和积极主动。 12. 优秀的人际关系，演讲和沟通技巧。 13. 具有较好的团队合作精神。 14. 对变化和新体验持开放态度。 15. 能够应对跨文化问题。 1. University graduate (mechanical engineering) with at least 3 years experience in an industrial environment. 2. Experiences as project manager in technology projects, preferably in Power Tools development. 3. Proficiency in English. 4. Experiences in self-depended supporting of international internal and external partners. 5. Highly self-responsible, Professional skills and analytical thinking. 6. Experienced in working with CAD Software Unigraphics NX. 7. Knowledge in power tool design. 8. Analytical and organisatoric skills. 9. Experience in Chinese is highly preferable. 10. Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows applications. 11. The candidate must be mature, initiative, independent and proactive. 12. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. 13. The person must be an absolute team player. 14. Open minded for changes and new experiences. 15. Able to cope with intercultural problems.
