职位描述

主要职责和责任： - 为经理和员工提供有关就业问题的咨询，并与总部人力资源部门协调工作 - 领导德国和其他欧洲国家的招聘工作 - 管理员工的入职和离职流程以及绩效考核 - 与薪资服务公司合作，确保在不同的西欧国家及时、正确地完成每月的薪资结算工作 - 管理合同，撰写推荐信和其他文件 - 不断改进人力资源流程和工作氛围 - 提供人力资源政策的日常管理 - 一些行政问题的支持，包括知识、技能和能力 Principle Duties and Responsibilities: • Providing consultation for managers and employees about employment relevant issues and coordinating with HR department of the Headquarters • Leading recruiting process in Germany and other European countries • Managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes as well as performance reviews • Cooperating with payroll service companies and ensuring timely and correct monthly payroll closures in different Western European countries • Managing contracts, writing reference letters and other documents • Improving HR processes and work atmosphere continuously • Providing day-to-day administration of HR policies • Some administrative issues support. 任职要求

要求： - 人力资源、工商管理或类似专业的学士或硕士学位 - 2年以上的国际人力资源管理工作，对欧洲人力资源知识和流程有广泛的了解和扎实的认识 - 有在多元文化环境中工作的经验，有在中国公司工作的经验者优先 - 能说流利的英语和德语（书面和口头），会说中文是必须的 - 有很强的组织能力，注重细节，有能力完成多项任务，能在具有挑战性的快节奏环境中工作 - 具有高度的责任感和团队精神 Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Mater’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar • 2+ years in international HR Management with wide knowledge and solid understanding of European HR knowledge and processes • Working experience in a multi-cultural environment and preferred in Chinese companies • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal), being Chinese is a must • Strong organisational skills, being detail oriented to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment • High sense of responsibility and team spirit
