1. 处理亚洲客户的技术支持问题 2. 与区域合作伙伴和供应商沟通技术解决方案 3. 为亚洲的工程师提供支持 4. 准备报价所需的技术资料 5. 撰写和编辑服务索赔 • Handling of technical Support-questions of Asian customers • Communication with our regional partners and suppliers for technical solutions • Cut surface to our different departments like product management, software, production, development and quality management to support a close collaboration • Support for our engineers in Asia • Preparation of technical information for quotations • Organization of missing parts at final acceptance of a machine • Write and editing of service claim

任职要求
