职位描述

主要职责: - 领导公司的社会使命和创业愿景 - 业务发展:为组织的可持续和盈利性增长制定战略 - 股东管理:股东、政府、客户、捐赠者和支持者 - 负责全面盈亏平衡;推动收入增长和管理公司所有费用:销售、市场和生产运营 - 制定政策并确保组织符合当地法律和法规的规定 - 控制员工的招聘和解雇 - 协调业务运作,监督和激励员工 Primary Responsibilities: • Lead the company’s social mission and entrepreneurship vision • Business Development: develop strategies for sustainable and profitable growth of the organization • Stakeholders’ management; Shareholders, Government, Customers, Donors and supporters • Full P&L responsibility; driving revenue and managing all company expenses: sales, marketing and production operation • Formulate policies and assure compliance of the organization with local laws and regulations • Control staff recruitments and dismissal 7. Coordinate business operations, monitor and motivate staff 战略任务: - 通过研究社会和服务领域存在的机会,为公司制定战略规划。提出假设,推荐目标,设计政策和战术,以实现公司的未来目标。 - 审查、更新和实施公司咨询部门[融入社会咨询]和制造部门[融入社会工厂]在销售、财务业绩和新产品开发等各方面的业务战略计划 - 通过对公司员工的招聘、监督、辅导和咨询,提高管理层的效率 - 生成报告并向董事会报告业务回顾 Strategic Tasks: • Develop strategic planning for the company by studying opportunities in both the social and the service sectors. Presenting assumptions, recommending objectives and design policies & tactics to achieve company’s future goals • Review, update and implement the business strategic plan for the Consulting segment of the company [Inclusion Advisory] and the Manufacturing Segment [Inclusion Factory] in the respective aspects of sales, financial performance and new product development • Increase management\\\'s effectiveness by recruiting, monitoring, coaching and counseling the company’s staff • Generate reports and conduct Business Reviews presentations for Inclusion Factory Board of Directors. 财务和投资: - 审查和批准用于预算规划和执行的会计分析 - 分析会计和财务数据 - 为新项目规划和分配资源 - 监督所有的采购过程 - 向董事会提交财务报告 - 确保财务遵守投资者义务(DEG 和 THIDZ) Finance & Investment: • Review and approve accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation • Analyze accounting and financial data • Plan and allocate resources for new projects • Supervise all purchasing processes • Financial reporting to the Inclusion Factory Board of Directors • Assure financial compliance with investors obligations (DEG and THIDZ) 人力资源: - 根据公司的发展需要和投资者的期望进行劳动力规划[即DEG德国] - 定期评估员工绩效 - 为管理层和员工规划和提供发展机会 HR: • Workforce planning in according to company’s growth needs and investors’ expectations [namely DEG Germany] • Periodical evaluation of staff performance • Plan and provide development opportunities to management and staff 市场营销: - 概述营销和推广内容,并实施营销策略,以接触不同类别的客户和潜在的支持者 - 顾客服务和顾客关系 Marketing: • Overview marketing & promotion content and implement marketing strategy to reach different class of customers and potential supporters • Customer Service and Customer Relationship 生产: - 通过KPI管理监督公司的运营业绩 - 领导公司持续改进思维 - 领导研究和开发,在我们的生产线上实施先进的制造技术 Production: • Oversee the operational performance of the company via KPI management • Lead the company’s Continuous Improvement mindset • Lead the Research and Development into the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies on our Production lines 附加任务: - 监督质量管理体系的实施(ISO 9001:2015) - 监督并负责公司的EHS管理 Additional tasks: • Oversee Quality Management System implementation (ISO 9001:2015) • Oversee and responsibility over the company’s EHS Management

任职要求

资历: - 在社会创业、企业社会责任领域有丰富的经验 - 硕士学位(最好是商业管理专业) - 至少有5年的项目管理经验(战略思维、决策制定、问题解决与分析、财务规划等) - 有财务管理方面的经验 - 优秀的沟通能力 - 强烈的工作热情 - 良好的人际交往能力 - 创新和独立的工作风格 - 关注细节,一丝不苟 - 有残疾人就业项目的相关经验者优先考虑 - 对残障人士的意识和关注 - 必须 Qualifications: • Proven experience in the fields of Social Entrepreneurship, Corporate Social Responsibility • Master’s degree (preferably in Business Management) • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management (Strategic Thinking, decision making, Problem Solving & Analysis, financial planning etc.,.) • Experience in financial management • Excellent communication skills • Strong work ethic • Good interpersonal skills • Creative and independent working style • Meticulous attention to details • Related experience in projects for the employment of people with disabilities is an advantage • Awareness and attentiveness toward individuals with Disabilities - A must 语言: - 熟练掌握英语 - 中文的中级沟通能力--必须具备 - 熟练掌握德语--是一种优势 Languages: • Proficiency in English • Intermediate communication skills in Chinese – MUST • Working Proficiency in German – an advantage 电脑技能: - 熟练掌握MS Office PC Skills: • Proficiency in MS Office 绩效考核标准: - 完成董事会规定的目标 - 工作量不断增加,实现公司收入增长 - 根据时间表和要求实现 DEG 里程碑 - 不断指导和培养工作人员 Criteria for performance review: • Accomplish targets as set by Inclusion Factory Board of Directors • Provide constant increase in workload and achieve growth in company’s revenue • Achieve DEG Milestones according to schedule and requirements • Continuous coaching and developing of Inclusion Factory staff
