This position will support Hanshow’s business growth while identifying, mitigating and protecting against risks to Hanshow’s critical assets. This position will primarily support corporate operational legal matters with Hanshow’s customers and distributors. Other tasks may include local compliance support and other legal supports in German and other related jurisdictions. 您的主要任务将包括： - 支持汉朔德国起草和审查各种标准和非标准合同和相关文件，包括但不限于供应协议、分销商协议、SaaS 协议和相关信息安全时间表、SOW、NDA 和其他相关文件 - 协助建立最佳实践，并通过技术优化合同流程 - 就与现有和计划中的商业交易和计划相关的法律、合规和风险管理问题向汉朔管理层提供建议 - 监测适用于业务的法律、立法和监管趋势 - 加强流程和计划，以确保符合内部政策、适用法律和法规，以及客户的期望和商业承诺 - 根据指示协助其他法律和合规项目 At Hanshow you will: Your main tasks will include: • Support Hanshow Germany by drafting and reviewing various standard and non-standard contracts and related documents, including but not limited to, supply agreements, distributor agreements, SaaS agreements and related information security schedules, SOWs, NDAs, and other related documents • Assist in establishing best practices and optimizing the contract process through the use of technology • Advise Hanshow management of legal, compliance, and risk management issues related to existing and contemplated commercial transactions and initiatives • Monitor legal, legislative, and regulatory trends applicable to the business • Enhance processes and programs to ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable law, and regulations, as well as customer expectations and commercial commitments • Assist with other legal and compliance projects as directed

任职要求
