职位描述

工作职责: - 参与制定和优化德国的人事政策、制度、流程和规范,如派遣政策、移民合规政策、内推政策等,统一海外地区的人事模板和流程 - 人才招聘:与用人部门沟通,分析其招聘需求,规划和制定招聘方案,组织招聘;维护现有海外招聘渠道,拓展海外地区新渠道;定期进行人才摸底,掌握人才布局,做好人才储备 - 人才发展:每年进行人才盘点,确保业务部门的团队建设和人才梯队的建设 - 员工关系:员工的日常沟通,办理入职和离职手续 Job Responsibilities: • Participate in the formulation and optimization of personnel policies, systems, processes, and norms in Germany, such as dispatch policy, immigration compliance policy, inward push policy, etc. and the unification of personnel templates and processes in overseas jurisdictions • Talent recruitment: communicate with hiring departments and analyze their recruitment needs, plan and formulate recruitment programs, and organize recruitment; maintain existing overseas recruitment channels and expand new channels in overseas areas; regularly conduct talent mapping, master the layout of talent, and make personnel reserves • Talent development: annual talent inventory, ensure the team building of business units and the construction of talent ladders • Employee relations: daily communication of employees, handling entry and exit procedures

任职要求
