职位描述

- 亚洲区总经理直接向欧洲集团的首席执行官报告。 - 领导力:提供明确的领导并进一步发展组织能力,包括每个国家的一级和二级管理层。 - 销售:在选定的国家/市场实现并保持盈利性增长,提高市场份额。 - 运营和服务质量:建立一流的运营效率和服务,包括调度、服务水平和客户满意度方面的流程优化。 - 分公司和设备的物流和技术设置 - 组织的 ESH 方面 - 在每个国家/市场实现商定的KPI: 1. 收入、EBITDA 2. 资本支出 3. 现金转换(EBITDA-Capex)。 4. 销售:价格 - 产品组合 - 数量 - 市场份额 5. 运营:提高生产力(直接和间接成本) 6. 客户满意度:数字解决方案,服务质量/驱动力 7. 报告职责 - 月度/季度/年度预算/战略计划 Primary Responsibilities: • The MD Asia reports reports directly to CEO of the Group in Europe. • Leadership: Provide clear leadership and further develop the organizational capabilities, incl. 1st & 2nd level management in every country • Sales: Achieve and sustain profitable growth with market share improvements in selected countries/markets • Operations and Service Quality: Establish best-in-class Operations efficiency and Services, incl. process optimization in dispatching, service levels & customer satisfaction • Logistics & technical set up of branches and equipment • ESH aspects of the organization • Achieve agreed KPI´s in every country/market: 1. Revenue, EBITDA 2. Capex 3. Cash Conversion (EBITDA-Capex) 4. Sales: Price – Product Mix – Volume - Market Share 5. Operations: productivity improvement (direct & indirect costs) 6. Customer Satisfaction: digital solutions, Service Quality / driver 7. Reporting duties – monthly / quarterly / annual budget / strategic plan

任职要求

- 商业、工程或其他相关领域的大学学位 - 至少有10年的销售经验,其中至少有5年在(东南亚)管理销售/服务团队 - 在运营方面有良好的记录:服务好、物流快的的多站点、多国业务 - 人事经理 - 能够领导和发展团队,能够创造热情和动力 - 分析能力、实现目标的强烈动力、以结果为导向、能够做出决策、团队合作 - 亲力亲为,脚踏实地的心态; 能够有效地计划、沟通和执行变更 - 能够经常到(东南亚)不同国家出差 - 项目和流程管理 - 确保业务实体的统一流程纪律,确保一致的数据管理 - 语言:非常好的英语和中文(普通话),流利的粤语 Requirements • University Degree in Business, Engineering or other related fields • At least 10 years sales experience, thereof at least 5 years managing sales/service teams in (Southeast) Asia. • Proven track record in Operations: Multi-Site, Multi-Country business with high degree of Service or Logistics. • People Manager – capable to lead & to develop the team, capable to create enthusiasm & motivation • Analytical skills, Strong drive to achieve goals, result oriented, able to take decisions, Team approach • Hands-on, down to earth mentality; can effectively plan, communicate and executes changes. • Capable of frequent travelling to different countries in (Southeast) Asia • Project and Process management – ensure aligned process discipline in the operational entities, ensure consistent data management • Language: Very good English and Chinese (Mandarin), advanced and fluent in Cantonese
