职位描述

Analysis of Functional and quality requirements (system documents) for the battery management system; 2. Responsibility for process-compliant implementation and continuous improvement of SWE.1 activities; 3. Clarification of the system requirements and their technical implementation with the system engineers; 4. Creation of SW requirements and coordination of reviews with internal teams (functional safety, software development, diagnostics, SW and HIL testing); 5. Planning, management and coordination of requirements gathering, technical reviews and feasibility studies with internal teams (functional safety, software development, diagnostics, SW and HIL testing); 6. Support of detailed design, software requirements, software architecture, test case reviews; 7. Process implementation according to ISO26262 and ASPICE.

Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics, automotive, SW Engineering or similar; 2. 5+ years of automotive electrical system or SW experience (SW development experience in automotive); 3. 5+ years of experience in requirement engineering or requirement management roles, IREB Certification is a plus. b. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1. Strong written and oral communication skills in English language, German is a plus; 2. Strong interpersonal skills; 3. Experience working independently, proactively and in a collaborative environment; 4. Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently; 5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment; 6. Experience with Electric Vehicles and/or battery management systems a plus; 7.
