This individual will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver best in class electrical architectures and products. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and development of digital and analog electronics for control of battery electronic systems. • Collaborative work with mechanical, firmware, software, thermal design, manufacturing test, and system test engineers. • Start to finish ownership of control boards and other electronics – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing. • Collaborate on controller architectural decisions to drive robust system design. • Product level electrical design including component selection, branch circuit design, and insulation coordination. • Support design reviews and DFMEAs.

岗位要求 必须 - 拥有电气工程专业的学士学位或更高学位。 - 4年以上相关工作经验。 - 有选择和使用DSP、微控制器和可编程逻辑器件（FPGA/CPLD）及其外围电路的经验。 - 有设计数字通信总线的经验（CAN，汽车/工业以太网，RS-485，USB，SPI，I2C等）。 - 有设计板级电源（降压，升压，反激等）的经验。 - 有Altium或其他原理图输入和PCB布局软件的经验。 - 有监督PCB布局、堆叠定义和EMC优化的经验。 - 有设计、构建和测试PCB的实践经验。 - 熟练使用基本的EE工具（示波器、网络分析仪等）。 - 能够使用第一原理的方法来处理问题和推理。 优先考虑 - 有使用LTspice, Python和Matlab的经验。 - 有DSP、微控制器和可编程逻辑器件（FPGA/CPLD）的嵌入式编程。 - 熟悉硬件在环（HIL）验证平台。 - 有高电压、高功率系统的工作经验。 - 一般熟悉基本控制理论和控制的数字实现。 - 有通过NRTL获得产品安全认证的经验（如UL、CE、CSA、CCC等）。 - 熟悉功率半导体和开关模式电源转换。 - 对机械设计基础的基本了解。 REQUIREMENTS MUST • BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering. • 4+ years relevant work experience. • Experience in selection and use of DSPs, microcontrollers, and programmable logic devices (FPGA/CPLD) and their peripheral circuitry. • Experience designing digital communication busses (CAN, Automotive/Industrial Ethernet, RS-485, USB, SPI, I2C, etc.). • Experience designing board level power supplies (buck, boost, flyback, etc.). • Experience with Altium or other schematic entry and PCB layout software. • Experience in supervision of PCB layout, stack-up definition, and EMC optimization. • Hands-on experience designing, building, and testing PCBs. • Proficiency with basic EE tools (scopes, network analyzers, etc.). • Ability to tackle problems and reason using a first principles approach. PREFERRED • Experience using LTspice, Python, and Matlab. • Embedded programming of DSPs, microcontrollers, and programmable logic devices (FPGA/CPLD) . • Familiar with Hardware-in-the Loop (HIL) validation platform. • Experience working on high voltage, high power systems. • General familiarity with basic control theory and digital implementation of controls. • Experience in obtaining product safety certification through an NRTL (e.g. UL, CE, CSA, CCC, etc.). • Knowledge of power semiconductors and switched mode power conversion. • Basic understanding of mechanical design fundamentals.
