职位描述

1. Provide strong technical support service through various support tools (email/online chat/web meeting/phone call) 2. Provide basic pricing and licensing info to prospective customers, achieve the transactions with team effort 3. Work closely with the R&D team to reproduce and resolve customer issues 4. Independently serve SME customers, analyze customer requirements to meet customers\' expectations

任职要求

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent 2. Sound knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS. 3. Understand basic programming languages and frameworks 4. Excellent communication and writing skills in English 5. Good in problem solving and communicate with different kind of people 6. Experience in technical support/technical sales/software development
