职位描述
1、连接器产品相关的技术支持工作，如产品咨询、技术资料提供、方案设计等； 2、产品现场应用指导，故障分析和排除，解决现场遇到的各类技术问题； 3、对于客户、代理商、内部销售团队以及支持团队各种形式的产品和应用培训； 4、市场应用分析，重大项目跟踪，行业应用案例制作； 5、新产品行业推广、竞争对手分析、以及各种应用技术文档编写。 1. Technical support related to connector products, such as product consultation, technical data provision, scheme design, etc. 2. Provided on-site product application guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting, and solved various technical problems encountered on site; 3. Provided various forms of product and application training for customers, agents, internal sales team and support team; 4. Market application analysis, major project tracking, industry application case making; 5. Industry promotion of new products, analysis of competitors, and preparation of various application technical documents.
任职要求
1、工业自动化、机电类或者其它相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上机电、自动化行业工作背景； 3、学习能力强，良好的沟通和理解能力，善于分析和解决问题，强烈的团队合作意识和抗压能力； 4、英语水平良好，能适应频繁的短期差旅。 1. Bachelor degree or above in industrial automation, electromechanical or other related major; 2.At least 3 years working background in electromechanical and automation industry; 3. Strong learning ability, good communication and understanding skills, good at analyzing and solving problems, strong sense of teamwork and ability to work under pressure; 4. Good command of English, able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips.
