职位描述

主要职责： 1.支持推进上海Gigafactory的低电压硬件相关工作（调试问题，帮助引进新产品等）。 2.调试低电压励磁回路，并（在亚太地区）为相应服务提供引导。 3.在亚洲合约制造商处提供供应方原型PCBA的构建。 延伸职责： 1.为工厂机器人（自动导引车）设计和调试硬件。 2.设计自动验证测试器的硬件。 3.为自动验证测试器编写Python代码。 4.设计生产车辆的硬件。 5.规格、架构、设计、模拟、原理图、布局监督、原型、验证和电路板的制造。 6.与PCB布局、固件、可靠性、程序管理、机械和EMC团队合作。 7.彻底记录设计要求、计算、功率预算、验证结果等。 8.随着设计要求和车辆功能的不断成熟，快速地进行迭代。 Primary Role： 1.Support Low Voltage hardware at Gigafactory Shanghai (debug problems, help introduce new products, etc). 2.Debug Low Voltage field returns, and provide guidance for Service (in APAC). 3.Supplier prototype PCBA builds at Asia contract manufacturers. Growth Opportunities： 1.Design and debug hardware for factory robots (Automated Guided Vehicles). 2.Design hardware for automated validation testers. 3.Write Python code for automated validation testers. 4.Design production vehicle hardware. 5.Specification, architecture, design, simulation, schematic, layout supervision, prototype, validation, and manufacturing of circuit boards. 6.Collaborate with PCB layout, firmware, reliability, program management, mechanical, and EMC teams. 7.Thoroughly document design requirements, calculations, power budgets, validation results, etc . 8.Rapidly iterate as design requirements and vehicle features mature over time.

任职要求

所需技能： 1. 电路板设计（Altium优先）及其相关的规范，架构，设计，模拟，原型，原理图，布局监督，验证，和制造工作。 2. 对以下方面有深刻的理解。 （1）模拟和数字电路（MOSFETs，运算放大器，开关稳压器，门驱动器，微控制器，SPI，I2C等）。 （2）元器件的选择，差异，功率耗散，热管理等。 3. 出色的组织和沟通能力（包括书面和口头）。 4. 有能力用“第一”原理的方法解决问题。 5. 熟练使用实验室设备（示波器、电子负载、信号发生器等）。 优先考虑的技能： 1.基本的编程能力（Python优先）。 2.有运送大批量电路板的经验。 3.对汽车设计要求的了解。为自动驾驶汽车设计（故障-安全 冗余）。 4.有创业激情。 Required Skills： 1. Circuit board design (Altium preferred) Specification, architecture, design, simulation, prototype, schematic, layout supervision, validation, and manufacturing. 2. Strong understanding of: （1）Analog & digital circuits (MOSFETs, op-amps, switching regulators, gate drivers, microcontrollers, SPI, I2C, etc). （2）Component selection, variance, power dissipation, thermal management, etc. 3. Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written and verbal). 4. Ability to solve problems using a first principles approach. 5. Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, electronic loads, signal generators, etc). Preferred Skills： 1.Basic programming ability (Python preferred). 2.Experience shipping high-volume circuit boards. 3.Knowledge of automotive design requirements. Design for autonomous vehicles (fail-safe redundancy). 4.Entrepreneurial passion.
