任职要求

1.学历：电气工程/控制理论与控制工程专业本科以上学历（或同等学历），或同等学历 2.英语（流利），德语或中文能力（最好有） 3.至少2年的电驱动行业或同等领域的工作经验 4.对电气系统和组件有深入的了解。有测试经验，有EOL测试经验者优先 5.具有良好的团队合作精神，思路清晰。良好的沟通能力 6.具有驱动控制方面的知识（优先） 7.对新任务有很高的积极性和高度的灵活性 8.诚信和价值驱动的工作风格，遵守规则和条例 9.在发生错误时保持负责任的态度，如果出了问题要敢于说出来 1.Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) in electrical engineering / control theory & control engineering or equivalent 2.English (fluent), German or Chinese (preferable) 3.min. 2 years\' work experience in Electric Drive industrie or equivalent field 4.Deep knowledge of electrical systems and component. Experience of test, EOL test is preferred 5.Very good team player and clear. Good in the communication ability 6.Knowledge in drive control (preferable) 7.Very high motivation and a high flexibility for new tasks 8.Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 9.Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
