职位描述

1. 负责海外员工的入职、离职、调职、转岗等流程。 2. 对海外员工的劳动合同进行管理、更新和归档。 3. 协助海外HRBP制定人事管理相关制度并定期更新。 4. 为海外分子公司的设立提供人事支持。 5. 其他临时事务。 1. Responsible for the process of entry, departure, transfer and transfer of overseas employees; 2. Manage, update and file the labor contracts of overseas employees; 3. Assist overseas HRBP to formulate personnel administration related systems and update them regularly; 4. Provide personnel support for the establishment of overseas molecular companies; 5. Other temporary affairs.

任职要求

1. 本科或以上学历。 2. 熟练掌握英语听、说、读、写。 3. 三年以上工作经验，有海外人事工作经验，了解法律法规者优先。 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; 3. Three years or above working experience, experience in overseas personnel work, and knowledge of laws and regulations is preferred.
