职位描述

1. 领导新项目的建立，确认客户要求和项目信息。 2. 安排设计评审，评估项目可行性，并输出相关报告。 3. 组建项目组，根据项目要求组建相应的项目组，输出项目任务。 4. 制定项目计划，根据产品开发流程制定并输出相应计划。 5. 解决项目问题，协调项目组解决样品制备和试制问题，承认样品封存中遇到的问题，对项目进度和综合质量负责。 6. 根据项目和市场需求，及时输出OC、PN和规格。 1. Led the establishment of new projects and confirmed customer requirements and project information; 2. Arrange design review, evaluate project feasibility, and output relevant reports; 3. Set up project team, set up corresponding project team according to project requirements, and output project tasks. 4. Made project plans, formulated and exported corresponding plans according to the product development process; 5. Solve project problems, coordinate the project team to solve sample preparation and trial production, acknowledge problems encountered in sample sealing, and be responsible for project progress and comprehensive quality; 6. Timely output OC, PN and specification according to project and market demand;

任职要求

1. 至少两年以上电信产品工作经验，至少一年以上项目管理经验。有研发背景者优先，熟悉天线行业流程者优先。 2. 本科或以上学历，良好的英语口语/写作能力，团队合作精神，有建设性，积极主动，有项目管理能力。 3. 有能力与不同性格的团队成员合作。 4. 以合理和专业的方式处理多任务。 5. 良好的时间管理和沟通能力，以结果为导向，有决策能力。 6. 良好的组织能力、质量导向和责任感。 1. At least two years working experience in telecommunication products and at least one year project management experience. Research and development background is preferred, familiar with antenna industry process is preferred; 2. Bachelor degree or above, good oral/written English, team work, constructive, proactive, project management skills; 3. Ability to cooperate with team members with different personalities; 4. Multitasking in a reasonable and professional manner; 5. Good time management and communication skills, result-oriented, decision-making ability; 6. Good organizational skills, quality orientation and sense of responsibility.
