职位描述

1.在中国团队中进行项目管理，包括成本控制和领导中国的测试团队 2.测试资源的协调、准备和维护，包括日志采集方法、测试台、测试设备等。 3.为德国团队提供技术支持和故障处理，特别是与合资公司和中国本土供应商的协调（如在线账户申请，从合资公司借用测试车辆，后台变更/问题收集，后台问题的解决等）。 4.为中国测试团队制定测试计划，主要关注SDS、Navi、在线服务、移动应用，以及德国团队的所有其他任务。 5.与德国团队的定期会议。汇报中国测试团队的情况，了解项目情况，并跟踪德国团队的策略。 6.测试用例审查、修改、更新、执行 1.Project management in China, cost control and lead China test team 2.Test resources coordination, preparation and maintenance, including log capture methods, test benches,test devices, etc. 3.Technical support and troubleshooting for German team, especially coordination with JVs and Chinese local suppliers (such as Online accounts application, test vehicles borrowing from JVs, backend changes/issues collection, workaround for backend issues, etc.) 4.Test plan formulation for China test team, mainly focus on SDS, Navi, online service, Mobile Apps, and all other tasks from German team 5.Regular meeting with German team: Report the status of China test team, obtain the project status and follow the strategy from German team 6.Test case review, modify, update, execution

为了完成这个角色，我们正在寻找具有以下条件的优秀候选人： 1.电气工程、汽车工程、计算机科学或相关专业的本科或以上学历。 2.至少有5年的信息娱乐/MOSC/Telematics/智能驾驶舱的工作经验，以及至少2年的项目管理/测试管理的工作经验 3.有大众汽车流程和系统的经验：如System42/Web42、Doors、Doris、DMS、KPM、FAZIT、Geko、Te-VBV等。 4.有信息娱乐系统、CNS3/MIB3 MQB、MQB 37W和MEB方面的经验者优先考虑。 5.有OCU/ConMod/T-box，网络，后台平台，MOSC3.1，3.2和4.0的经验者优先。 6.有测试台维护、修改的知识 7.熟悉SFD、Component Safe、Immobilize、VKMS等。 8.熟悉专业工具和系统，如CANOE, ODIS, WINSCP, PUTTY, SERAIL 2, JIRA,Confluence等。 9.有项目/测试管理经验，包括计划、执行和控制时间、质量和风险管理，以确保按时交付，有ASPICE知识者优先考虑 10.熟悉测试计划、程序、软件发布和版本控制以及开发流程 11.具有良好的英语口语和写作能力，如果有额外的德语能力将会是加分项。 在中国有合法的驾驶执照，有大众汽车集团试驾执照者优先考虑 In order to fulfill the role, we are looking for talented candidates with the following profile: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, computer science or related 2.At least 5 years work experience in infotainment/MOSC/Telematics/Smart cockpit, and minimum 2 years work experience in project management/test management 3.Experience in VW process and system: like System42/Web42, Doors, Doris, DMS, KPM, FAZIT, Geko, te-VBV, etc. 4.Experience in infotainment system, CNS3/MIB3 MQB, MQB 37W and MEB would be appreciated 5.Experience in OCU/ConMod/T-box, network, backend platform, MOSC3.1, 3.2 and 4.0 would be appreciated 6.Knowledge of test bench maintenance, modification 7.Knowledge of SFD, Component Safe, Immobilize, VKMS, etc. 8.Familiar with professional tools and system, such as CANOE, ODIS, WINSCP, PUTTY, SERAIL 2, JIRA,Confluence, etc. 9.Experience in project/test management, including planning, execution and controlling time, quality and risk management to ensure delivery in time, ASPICE knowledge would be a plus 10.Familiar with testing planning, procedures, software release and version control and development processes 11.Good skills of oral and written English, extra German would be appreciated Legal drive license in China, VW Group test drive license would be a plus
