职位描述

1.处理重大质量问题和客户投诉（批量和安全相关的重大客户投诉，包括处理、反馈、跟踪跟进改进和定期报告汇总） 2. 负责支持和协助销售团队解决所有技术问题，为当地经销商和终端客户提供应用建议 3.审查并确定现场服务报告和机器更换申请的合理性 4.协助管理本地一级技术支持团队和第三方服务商的服务绩效 5.与销售、研发、客户保持良好的沟通。 6.提供售前、安装、售后客户或潜在客户、安装商和运维人员的技术培训课程，第三方服务商作为助理讲师或讲师。 1.Handle major quality issues and customer complaints (batch and safety-related major customer complaints, including handling, feedback, tracking follow-up improvement and periodic report summary) 2.Responsible for supporting and assisting the sales team in all technical issues, provide application advice for local distributors and end customers 3.Review and determine the rationality of on-site service reports and machine replacement applications 4.Provide technical maintenance services 5.Assist in managing the service performance of local first-level technical support teams and third-party service providers 6.Maintain the good communication with sales, R&D and customers. 7.Provide technical training coursesabout pre-sales, installation and after-sales customers or potential customers, installers and O&M operators, and the third-party service providers as assistant lecturer or lecturer

任职要求

1：电气、电子、能源相关专业本科及以上学历 2：英语听说读写流利 3：良好的沟通能力、抗压能力及协调能力 Qualifications 1: Diploma or Bachelor degree or above in Electrical,Electronics 2: Fluency in English writing and speaking 3: Experienced in Electrical Electronic Engineering, PV industry experience preferred 4: The good computer operation skill Personal attributes 1: Have a good communication and coordination ability, great responsibility to work 2: Strong hands-on skills 3: Have high sense of responsibility and ability to execute 4: Drive for the local service cost control
