职位描述

1.支持SCM团队管理国际业务，销售文档管理 2.记录并检查发 票 3.根据销售经理和客户要求创建订单 4.为客户张贴硬拷贝发 票 5.跟踪公司内部CRM中的销售机会 6.跟踪业务KPI和客户特定报告（销售、分销、价格实现等） 7.销售预测和需求规划支持 1.Support SCM team to manage international business. 2.Collaborate with our Sales and Supply teams to ensure business continuity. 3.Work closely with our Supply Chain Team to ensure business success Creation of general documents: sales documents, internal presentations. 4.Documentation and check the proforma invoice Create order according to sales managers and customers request. 5.Posting hard copy invoices and following for some customers. 6.Following sales opportunities and new leads in company internal CRM. 7.Keep track of business KPI’s and customer-specific reports (sales, distribution, price realization etc.) 8.Sales Forecast and Demand Planning support

任职要求

1.专业要求：商业/国际贸易/信息技术或应用科学大学 2.高度的主动性、好奇心、灵活性和创造力 3.良好的人际关系和沟通能力，能够主动工作 4.优秀的多元文化技能 5.熟练掌握计算机技能：MS Office高级水平（Excel、Powerpoint等） 1.Preferred fields of study: Business / International Trade / Information Technology or a university of applied sciences. 2.High degree of initiative, curiosity, flexibility and creativity. 3.Good interpersonal and communication skills, capacity to work proactively 4.Excellent multicultural skills 5.Proficiency in computer skills: MS Office advanced level (Excel, Powerpoint..etc) 6.Know how to present and sell your ideas 7.Language: German absolutely required, English desired
