职位描述

1.根据产品生产要求准备和更新技术文件，并确保完成的文件准确、有效、及时发布 2.对现场工作人员和其他必要人员进行培训和考核，确保生产工艺要求执行到位 3.根据需要修改生产条件和质量控制方法，确保但不限于生产目标的完成和生产效率的提高 4.协助和支持供应链部门完成对供应商或物料变更的技术验证，包括但不限于现场审核、样品确认等 5.参与新产品和项目，完成但不限于技术转让、设备调试和安装、供应链本地化、产能分析等工作 6.负责生产过程ECO的启动、实施和跟踪 7.分析客户质量问题和内部检验/审计问题，制定改进措施并实施 8.部门经理分配的其他临时工作 1.Prepare and update technical documents according to product manufacturing requirements, and ensure that the completed documents are accurate, effective and timely released 2.Conduct trainings and assessments for on-site staff and other necessary persons to ensure the implementation of production process requirements in place 3.Modify manufacturing conditions and quality control methods as required to ensure but not limited to the completion of production targets and the improvement of production efficiency 4.Assist and support supply chain department to complete technical verification of supplier or material changes, including but not limited to on-site audit, sample confirmation, etc 5.Participate in new products and projects, complete but not limited to technology transfer, equipment debugging and installation, supply chain localization, production capacity analysis, etc 6.Responsible for initiation, implementation and tracking of the production process ECO 7.Analyze customer quality problems and internal inspection /Audit problems, formulated improvement measures and implemented them 8.Other temporary work assigned by department manager

任职要求

1.大专以上学历，机电一体化、机械或相关专业优先考虑 2.毕业时有足够的实习经验，有2年以上工作经验者优先考虑 3.有生产领域的经验，至少有精益、六西格玛或相关的基本知识和经验 4.有发泡、焊接或装配工艺的知识和经验者优先。 5.积极主动，善于沟通，有团队精神，有独立的工作风格 6.有安全生产意识，有质量意识的优先考虑 7.愿意学习不同领域的新知识 8.精通德语和中文，英语是加分项 9.熟练掌握Microsoft Office（Word、Excel和PPT）。 10.掌握AutoCAD和Solidworks的高级技能。 11.准备出差10%的时间。 1.College degree or above, major in mechatronic, mechanical or related is prefer 2.Graduate with enough internship experience, 2+ years working experience is prefer 3.Experience in production area have at least basic knowledge and experience of lean, six sigma or related 4.Knowledge & experience of foaming, welding or assembly process is a plus 5.Proactive and good at communication, team player and has independent working style 6.Awareness of Safety production safety, Quality is a plus 7.Be willing to learn new things in wide different area 8.Proficient German and Chinese, English is a plus 9.Skillful of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PPT) 10.Advanced skill of AutoCAD, Solidworks is plus 11.Readiness to travel 10%
