职位描述

岗位职责: 1.代表SAJ服务部门处理售前和售后活动的技术咨询。通过电话、电子邮件、视频通话或亲自面对面的方式为客户提供支持。客户将来自英国和爱尔兰。 2.需要到现场进行一些检查，以进行故障排除、固件升级和更换有缺陷的产品。系统检查、安装和产品培训是职责的一部分。 3.为客户提供及时的解决方案，如果没有及时的解决方案，则将问题升级到管理团队。跟踪问题并向客户通报进展情况。 4.每周向主管提交周报告。 5.在产品组合的所有技术方面支持和协助销售团队，并展示对客户具体要求的理解。客户范围从经销商到EPC的最终消费者客户。 6.参与针对全方面的的售前、安装和售后客户的技术沟通培训。在了解与这些产品的互操作性时，与其他产品供应商联合进行沟通。O&M、EPC、开发商和维护是一些预期的客户。 7.参加展览和营销活动，支持销售和营销团队。包括实际设置和与客户在所需产品的技术方面进行联络。 Responsibilities: 1.Handle technical inquiries for pre and post sales activities on behalf of SAJ service division. This includes supporting customers over the phone, email, video call or by face-to-face in person. Customers will be from the UK and Ireland. 2.Some travel to sites may be required to perform troubleshooting, firmware upgrading and replacement of defective products. System inspection, installation and product training may also form part of duties. 3.Provide timely solutions to customers, escalating problems to management team if no immediate solution is apparent. To track issues and keep customers informed of progress. 4.Submit weekly reports to supervisor each week. 5.Support and assist the sales team in all technical aspects of the product portfolio and demonstrate a firm understanding of clients’ specific requirements. Clients range from distributors to EPC’s end-consumer clients. 6.Participate in technical training courses aimed at different market segments for pre-sales, installation and post-sales customers. Training maybe in association with other product providers where good understanding of interoperability with these products is required. O&M, EPC, developers and maintenance are some of the customers to be expected. 7.Attend exhibitions and marketing events to support the sales and marketing teams. Includes practical set-up and liaison with clients in technical aspects of products required.

Personal attributes 1.Good communication skills in English both verbally and written. 2.Strong hands-on skills. 3.Calm under pressure. 4.Good at problem-solving. 5.Financially aware. 6.Willingness to travel.
