职位描述

1. 负责储能产品的服务团队管理，项目管理，合作管理，客户满意度管理； 2. 项目管理：对项目的范围、进度、质量、资源、团队、风险进行管理，确保交付策略在地市落地； 3.区域交付与服务客户满意度管理：对客户的满意度负责，负责区域客户的声音收集、跟踪直至闭环； 4. 合作现场管理：负责合作现场人员的出入场及日常规范运作管理，交付结果进行评估并应用。 1. Project management, including manage the project scope, progress, quality, resources, team, and risks of the project to ensure that the delivery strategy is implemented in the city. 3. Regional delivery and service customer satisfaction management, responsible for customer satisfaction, collecting and tracking the voice of regional customers until project closed. 4. 任职要求

1.具备2年以上，能源，大企业相关工作经验，有较强的服务意识； 2.有较强的客户理解能力，需求分析管理能力； 3.良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神； 4.有一定的项目管理能力和经验 5. 本科以上学历；英语 德语商务语言 1. Have more than 2 years of working experience in energy and large enterprises, and have a strong sense of customer service. 2. Have strong customer understanding ability, demand analysis and management ability. 3. Good communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit. 4. Project management ability and experience.5.
