任职要求

-在OEM或Tier 1的相关领域有几年的工作经验 -教育程度：电气工程、机械工程领域的硕士或以上学历或同等学历 -在电力电子/压水堆及其子部件子组件（如功率模块和电子组件）领域的生产准备测试（闪蒸、高压测试、EOL等）流程开发方面有实际经验 -在详细的选择和测试过程中具有实际经验（其中包括Flash，HV测试，EOL，动态测试，静态测试）。 -强烈的技术理解 -高度的独立性、个人主动性和责任感 -自信的外表，以及高度的合作和沟通能力 -有编写和介绍报告和结果的经验 -熟悉Labview、Teststand、Matlab、minitab、CanOE、Flash工具者优先。 -诚信和价值驱动的工作风格，遵守规则和条例。 -在发生错误时保持负责任的态度，如果出了问题要敢于说出来。 •Several years working experience in related area in OEM or Tier 1 •Education: Master or above in the field of Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification •Practical experience in the development of production-ready testing(Flash, HV Test, EOL, etc…) processes in the field of power electronics/ PWR and their subcomponents sub-components (for example power modules and electronic components) •Practical experience in the detailed selection and testing processes (among others Flash, HV Test, EOL, Dynamic test, Static test). •Strong technical understanding •High degree of independence, personal initiative and sense of responsibility •Confident appearance as well as high cooperation and communication skills •Experience in preparation and presenting of reports and results •Familiar with Labview, Teststand, Matlab, minitab, CanOE, Flash tool are preferred •Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. •Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
