职位描述

你的职责： 1.装配线的技术标准化规划 -审查和优化TMA相关流程和标准 -与生产线规划人员和相关部门一起创建和更新适用的集团和地方设备标准的概述 -定义并实现优化规划工作的工具 -定义并跟踪TMA内部的战略项目（例如，多方采购、专家倡议、供应商名单...) -支持部门负责人优化和规范TMA内部的行政管理主题 -为装配线计划部门准备阶梯审计 -跟踪部门相关的成本节约措施，如KVP、KPI等。 2. 数字化/DSF -参与DSF相关活动（如DSF小组、中国数字化工作组）。 -协调和跟踪TMA数字化的相关议题（如单一部件跟踪，图片存储等）。 -分析大众汽车对数字化的要求，并与相关部门一起为大众汽车ATJ定义标准 -自动驾驶系统（BDE，QDE）和MES接口（定义标准，与各自的生产线计划者一起实现实施）。 -定义数字化系统的优化（例如，本地化、标准化、简化...）。 -与IT部门一起评估MES供应商的报价，并进行采购程序 -评估和实施关键流程的新创新主题，以及未来生产/工业4.0的数字化。 -支持和实施数字规划工具，如规划软件、工厂模拟、数字3P车间等。 3. 计划部门的优化 -收集、分析、组织和分享规划和项目相关的经验教训和最佳做法 -确保为所有生产线的规划人员提供标准化的文件，例如标准的Lastenheft，基本的PFMEA或成本基准 -分析、优化和标准化TMA规划工具和流程，用于规划（如规划清单）和行政工作（如标准化的JD、Q-Matrix、培训需求），以提高整个TMA部门的效率和效力。 -规划部门的标准化 -组织和协调与项目有关的以及与规划部门有关的标准化和优化的研讨会（如技术关键流程、数字化主题等）。 -发起并跟踪改进措施的实现，如KVPs、蓝色工厂和创意管理，以提高公司的KPIs，如HPU、CPU、投资、ROI 我们提供： 1.良好的职业和个人发展机会 2.多样化和具有挑战性的任务 3.个人培训 4.国际化的工作环境 5.有吸引力的薪酬方案 Your Responsibilities: 1.Technical Standardization of Assembly Line Planning •Review and optimize TMA related processes and standards •Create and update overview of applicable group and local standards for equipment together with line planners and related departments •Define and realize tools for optimization of planning work •Define and track strategic projects within TMA (e.g. multisourcing, expert initiative, supplier list, …) •Support head of department in Optimization and Standardization of administrative topics within TMA •Steer Audit preparationfor assembly line planning department •Track department related measures for cost saving like KVP, KPIs, … 2.Digitalization / DSF •Participate in DSF related activities (e.g. DSF group, China digitalization task force) •Coordinate and track TMA digitalization related topics (e.g. single part tracking, picture storage, …) •Analyze VW requirements for digitalization and define standards together with relevant departments for VWATJ •Autark System (BDE, QDE) and MES Interfaces (define Standards, realize implementation with respective line planers) •Define optimizations on digitalization systems (e.g. localization, standardization, simplification,…) •Evaluate together with IT department quotations by MES suppliers and conduct purchasing process •Evaluation and implementation of new innovation topics for key processes and digitalization for the future of production / Industry 4.0 •Support and implementation of digital planning tools like planning software, plant simulation, digital 3P workshop, etc. 3.Planning Department Optimization •Collection, Analysis, Organization and sharing of planning and project related lessons learned and best practices •Ensure standardized documentation to be available for all line planners, e.g. standard Lastenheft, base PFMEA or cost benchmarks •Analysis, Optimization and standardization of TMA planning tools and processes for planning (e.g. planning checklist) and administrative work (e.g. standardized JDs, Q-Matrix, training needs) to increase efficiency and effectiveness of whole TMA department •Standardization of planning department •Organization and coordination of project related as well as planning department related workshops for standardization and optimization (e.g. technical key processes, digitalization topics, etc.) •Initiate and track realization of improvement initiatives like KVPs, Blue Factory, and Idea Management to improve company KPIs like HPU, CPU, Investment, ROI Our Offer: 1.Good opportunities for professional and personal development 2.Diverse and challenging tasks 3.Individual training 4.International working environment 5.Attractive compensation package

任职要求

1.机械工程、机电工程、电气工程、IT或类似汽车相关专业的大学学位 2.具有电子驱动装置装配相关流程的专业知识，了解大众汽车标准者优先考虑 3.对装配线规划方面的数字化主题有所了解 4.精通德语或英语，精通两种语言者优先考虑 5.良好的组织和协调能力 6.非凡的合作和沟通能力，有能力处理冲突 7.自律性强，工作热情高，准确，抗压力强 8.诚信和价值驱动的工作作风，遵守规则和条例。 9.在发生错误时保持负责任的态度，出了问题要敢于说出来。 1.University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electric Engineering, IT or similar automotive related fields 2.Expert knowledge in assembly related processes for e-drives, knowledge of VW standards is a plus 3.Knowledge about digitalization topics in regards to assembly line planning 4.Fluent in either German or English, fluency in both languages is a plus 5.Good organization and coordination ability 6.Extraordinary cooperation and communication ability, Ability to deal with conflicts 7.Self-disciplined, high work enthusiasm, accurate, stress-resistant 8.Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 9.Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
