职位描述

Key tasks and responsibility 1.Creation of necessary decision making committees for project release as well as coordination of appointments for presentation of project information to the decision making committee in Germany 2.Presentation of project documents within the different decision making committees of VGC and VWAG 3.Coordination of interfaces within the transmission plant Tianjin, as well as VGC and VWAG (interface-departments: QS, TL, TPW, IE, TP, CP, CF, TD, PM, BoM, VGC, VWAG) 4.Organization and coordination of project related as well as planning department related workshops (e.g. Material-Flow-WS, 3-P-WS, P-FMEA-WS etc.) 5.Appropriation of project related information in professional groups as SET-Meetings, Pilothallen-Meetings, Werkanlaufrunden, Project-Meetings etc.) 6.Organization and sharing of planning and project related documents and knowledge/ information 7.Monitoring of adherence of project deadlines and milestones as VFA, PVS, 0-S, SOP etc. 8.Implementation of Aekos (Analysis, Evaluation of Impact (technical, costs), Presenting to Management) 9..Creation and tracking of overview of needed machineries, spare parts etc. 10.Identification, planning and monitoring of project costs and project invest in cooperation with project leader 11.Plan and organize EOL modifications triggered by external needs (e.g. Aekos) and internal needs (e.g. due to quality issues, OEE improvements) mainly for test benches / EOLs of all projects. 12.Closely work with interfaces of internal stake holders to complete line modifications (e.g. with interface departments QS, TL, TPW, IE, TP, CP, CF, TD, PM, BoM, VGC, VWAG) 13.Create ideas and propose strategic projects to improve, streamline or create internal and external processes, documents with the target to make the planning work within VWATJ more effective and efficient 14.Conduct or support in conducting workshops to select improvement projects together with head of planning, head of assembly planning and team leaders of assembly planning 15.Realize improvement projects as assigned 16.Energy-efficient manufacturing processes shall be regarded and realized during the planning of assembly line concepts 17.Identification and controlling of adherence of international project standards of the VWAG (e.g. PEP; PHS; white book) Our Offer 1.Good opportunities for professional and personal development 2.Diverse and challenging tasks 3.Individual training 4.International working environment 5.Attractive compensation package

任职要求

1.学历：电气或机电工程专业的学士或硕士学位，或类似的学位 2.英语或德语熟练 3.3年的电子驱动工艺规划领域的工作经验，重点是测试系统/EOL测试 4.对电子驱动的测试过程及其大批量生产的产业化有深入的了解 5.具有良好的沟通和合作能力 6.以行动为导向的工作风格和强烈的结果驱动力 7.具有较强的同时组织各种任务/项目的能力 8.诚信和价值导向的工作风格，遵守规则和条例。 9.在发生错误时保持负责任的态度，如果出了问题要敢于说出来。 1.Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering or a comparable degree 2.English or German proficient 3.3 years\' work experience in E-Drive process planning field with focus on testing systems / EOL testing 4.In Depth understanding of testing processes for e-drives and their industrialization for high volume production 5.Well-developed communication & cooperation skills 6.Action oriented work style and strong drive for results 7.Strong ability to simultaneously organize various tasks/projects 8.Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 9.Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
