职位描述

1.按照德国会计制度的规定审核、监督公司日常账务处理及财务活动，确保真实、准确、及时； 2.在项目运营初期，兼任项目财务岗，帐目清楚，按期报帐； 3.负责编制公司各类管理财务报表及说明； 4.组织公司月度、季度报表的编制与财务分析工作； 5.根据管理需要，设计各类财务分析模板； 6.编制年终决算报表，配合会计师事务所完成年终审计工作，配合税务师事务所完成年终税审工作； 7.按照经济核算原则，定期检查，分析公司财务、成本和利润的执行情况，挖掘增收节支潜力，考核资金使用效果； 8.配合其他部门，提供所需要的财务分析数据； 9.完成总经理或财务总监交付的其他工作。 1.Review and supervise the company\'s daily accounting and financial activities following HGB to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness. 2.At the initial stage of project operation, concurrently serve as the project financial position. 3.Responsible for the preparation of various management financial statements and explanations of the company. 4.Organize the preparation and financial analysis of the company\'s monthly and quarterly reports. 5.Design various financial analysis templates according to management demand. 6.Prepare the year-end final accounts statement, and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements including tax, audit, secretarial matters, and any other corporate governance. 7.Following the principles of economic accounting, conduct regular inspections, analyze the implementation of the company\'s finances, costs, and profits, tap the potential for increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, and assess the effect of fund use. 8.Cooperate with other departments to provide the required financial analysis data. 9.Complete other work assigned by the general manager or chief financial officer.

任职要求

1.大学本科及以上学历，德语流利； 2.财务类、经济管理类专业； 3.1-3年企业财务管理经验优先； 4.熟悉德国公认会计准则优先； 5.CPA优先。 1.Candidate must possess Bachelor\'s/master’s degree in finance, economics, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. 2.Fluency in Germany and English (both verbal and written). 3.1-3 years of experience in corporate financial management is preferred. 4.Familiar with GHB is preferred. 5.CPA priority.
