1. 负责建立电子测试设备（如变频器），并支持工作设备的定义和采购。 2. 支持定义电子元件的测试周期。在执行过程中提供支持，最后对结果进行评估，包括报告。 3. 为组件电路准备详细的测试计划，监测测试性能，调试并准备测试报告和建议给管理层 4. 支持内部和外部项目接口之间的沟通/交流 5. 深入参与核查/验证测试，以验证设计是否满足所有功能、可靠性、可维修性、客户、监管要求和安全要求。 6. 在开发阶段支持逆变器的供应商，直到SOP（采购零件），并参与设计FMEA会议 7. 支持生产线上的所有逆变器主题，如EOL接口，EOL测试，调试等。 我们提供： 1.专业和个人发展的绝佳机会 2.多样化和具有挑战性的任务 3.个人培训 4.国际化的工作环境 5.有吸引力的薪酬方案 Your Responsibilities: 1.Responsible to build up electronic test equipment (e.g. for Inverters) and supports the definition and the sourcing of work equipment 2.Supports to define test cycles for electronic components. Support during the execution and finally make the evaluation of the results including the report 3.Prepares detailed test plans for component circuit, monitor test performance, debugging and prepare test reports and recommendations to management 4.Supports the communication/exchange between internal and external project interfaces 5.Deeply involved into the Verification/Validation test to verify the design to meet all functionality, reliability, serviceability, customer, regulatory requirements, and safety requirements. 6.Supports inverters’ supplier during the development phase until SOP (purchasing parts) and participate in the Design FMEA sessions 7.Supports production line for all inverter topics, eg. 任职要求

1. 教育程度： 电气工程/物理专业本科或以上学历（或专业相当），或同等学历 2. （流利的）英语口语和写作能力，德语或中文能力（最好有）。 3. 在汽车行业有3年的测试和验证的工作经验 4. 对电气系统和部件有深刻的认识；电力电子学、模拟和计算（优先）。 5. 至少具备电源电路、电路板、布线和线束以及控制元件的基本知识 6. 非常好的团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力 7. 对电力驱动的材料有一定了解（最好是）。 8. 诚信和价值导向的工作作风，遵守规章制度。 9. 在发生错误时保持负责任的态度，出了问题要敢于说出来。 1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in Electrical Engineering / Physics or equivalent 2. English (fluent) in speaking and writing, German or Chinese (preferable) 3. 3 years\' work experience in test and validation in the automotive industry 4. Deep knowledge of electrical systems and components; power electronics, simulation and calculation (preferable) 5. Minimum the basic nowledge of power supply circuits, circuit boards, wiring and wiring harnesses, and control elements 6. Very good team player, good communication ability 7. Knowledge of materials for electrical drives (preferable) 8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
