1.有一定的金融融资资历背景 2.有房地产装修项目规划经历 3.建筑工程相关学历 4.至少3-5年工作经验 5.良好的中,英语听说读写能力 6.自信地处理常见的项目规划程序 7.可靠，认真和谨慎 8.愿意以高质量标准执行 9.独立，细心和结构化的工作方式 10.强大的组织能力 1.Have a certain background in financial financing 2.Have real estate renovation project planning experience 3.Architectural engineering related degree 4.At least 3-5 years working experience 5.Good Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 6.Confidently handle common project planning procedures 7.Reliable, conscientious and cautious 8.Willingness to perform to high quality standards 9.Independent, careful and structured working style 10.Strong organizational skills
