人才招聘支持: 协助在各种招聘门户网站和平台上创建和发布职位信息 在整个招聘过程中协调面试、筛选简历并与候选人沟通 协助进行初步的候选人筛选和评估 协助维护申请人跟踪系统并更新招聘记录 入职培训: 准备入职材料,协助新员工入职培训 协助完成新员工文书工作,确保遵守公司政策 协助开展离职面谈并处理离职员工的相关文书工作 员工参与: 协助策划和组织员工参与活动和事件 协助开展调查和收集反馈,以改善工作环境 参与创建员工通讯和时事通讯 人力资源管理: 维护并更新员工记录和数据库 协助管理人力资源政策和程序 支持生成与人力资源相关的报告和分析 一般办公室管理: 协助管理办公用品和库存 支持协调办公室维护和维修 处理数据录入、归档和通信等一般行政任务 Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in job posting creation and distribution on various job portals and platforms Coordinate interviews, screen resumes, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process Support in conducting initial candidate screenings and assessments Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating recruitment records Onboarding: Prepare onboarding materials and assist in new hire orientation Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing relevant paperwork for departing employees Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events Help in conducting surveys and gathering feedback to improve the work environment Participate in creating employee communications and newsletters HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and databases Assist in administering HR policies and procedures Support in generating HR-related reports and analytics General Office Administration: Assist with office supply management and inventory Support in coordinating office maintenance and repairs Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
任职要求
1.目前正在攻读人力资源、工商管理或相关专业的学士学位 2.对人力资源和行政管理有浓厚兴趣,希望在该领域获得实践经验 3.优秀的书面和口头沟通能力 4.注重细节,具有很强的组织能力和多任务处理能力 5.熟练掌握微软办公套件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint) 6.能够保密并专业地处理敏感信息 7.态度积极,乐于学习,主动性强 8.具有团队合作精神,既能独立工作,又能相互协作 9.有人力资源或行政实习经验者优先考虑,但并非必需 10.熟悉人力资源软件或申请人跟踪系统者优先考虑 Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in HR and administration with a desire to gain practical experience in the field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong sense of initiative An enthusiastic team player who can work collaboratively as well as independently Prior HR or administrative internship experience is a plus, but not required Knowledge of HR software or applicant tracking systems is an advantage Duration and Compensation: This is a paid internship position with a flexible duration, typically ranging 6 months.
