职位描述

工作职责: 1.提供远程客户支持，包括分析问题，总结并提供解决方案; 2.为客户提供现场安装、维护指导; 3.现场故障排除，分析问题并提供解决方案; 4.根据客户要求准备LED显示屏演示; 5.LED显示屏、模组、面板的维护和维修; 6.协调来自中国和欧洲国家的项目经理; 7.为客户提供技术培训; 8.创建维护手册、故障排除指南、现场服务公告和安装指南; 9.履行其他被要求或分配的职责。 Tasks and Responsibilities: 1.Provide remote customer support including analysing problems, making summaries and providing solutions; 2.Providing on-site installation and maintenance guidance to customers; 3.On-site trouble shooting, analysing problems and providing solutions; 4.Prepare LED Display demos according to customers’ requirements; 5.Maintenance and repair of LED displays, modules and panels; 6.Coordination with project managers from China and European countries; 7.Providing customers with technical training; 8.Creating maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, field service bulletins and installation guides; 9.Performs other duties as required or assigned.

任职要求

要求: 1.电气、电子、通信等相关专业本科学历; 2.具备LED显示屏知识和Audio and Video行业经验; 3.卓越的客户导向，解决问题和交付产品; 4.流利的英语语言能力(书面和口头)，母语为中文者优先; 5.对询问的反应速度快，采取行动能力强; 6.优先考虑的心态:思想开放、谦虚、灵活、合作能力强; 7.善于整理工具、LED显示屏备件等; 8.愿意出差(如现场客户服务和产品展览)。 Requirement: 1.Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication or related field; 2.Good knowledge of LED displays and experiences in Audio and Video industries; 3.Excellent client orientation around problem-solving and delivery products; 4.Fluent English language skills (written and verbal), Chinese native speakers are preferred; 5.Fast response speed to enquiries and strong at taking actions; 6.Preferred mindset: Open-minded, modest, flexible and highly cooperative; 7.Good at organising tools and LED display spare parts etc.; 8.Willingness to travel (e.g. on-site customer service and product exhibitions). 投递链接：https://agile-robots-ag.jobs.personio.de/job/1039314?display=en&language=en&pid=93b6b257-6d0f-4361-89d1-aea0b4bc1d1a&it=pNCIbcJCAAGTgr4xhfHMGg#apply
