您的任务： 1.协助供应链团队处理采购订单，如办公用品和个人防护设备，确保及时交付物资 2.处理和跟踪采购订单，监控供应商交付，协助提交发 票进行付款 3.协助供应商开发，包括联系供应商，比较和评估报价，并支持价格和合同谈判 4.供应商接待，包括组织会议和准备会议议程 5.协调内部部门与供应商之间的沟通，确保供应链协作顺利进行 6.在与合同文件和可交付成果相关的各种采购程序和行政活动中提供支持 7.支持供应链团队的临时任务 Your tasks: 1.Assist the supply chain team in processing purchase orders, such as office supplies and personal protective equipment, to ensure timely material delivery 2.Process and track purchase orders, monitor supplier deliveries, assist in invoice submission for payment 3.Assist in supplier development, including contacting suppliers, comparing and evaluating quotations, and supporting price and contract negotiations 4.Supplier reception, including organizing meetings and preparing meeting agendas 5.Coordinate communication between internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain collaboration 6.Aiding with various purchasing procedures and administrative activities in connection with contractual documentation and deliverables 7.Supporting SCM team in ad-hoc assignment
