职位描述

1.激励储备指标的月度审查 2.产品推出前的例行PSI数据分析。包括采购、销售和库存 3.业务计划设计,项目成本/费用的分析和计算 4.审查和决策支持,组织并参与相关流程的内部控制工作 5.GTM(GO TO MARKET)项目支持。协助GTM经理和总监跟踪GTM执行计划(产品、价格、促销)。 Main Responsibilities: 1.Incentive reserve quota monthly review 2.Routine PSI Data analysis. Purchase / Sales / Inventory before launching the products 3.Business plan design, analysis and calculation of project costs/expenses 4.Review and decision support, organize and participate in relevant process internal control work 5.GTM (GO TO MARKET) project support. Help the GTM manager and director to follow up the GTM execution plan (product, price, promotion).

任职要求

1.学士学位 2.在零售、B2C业务或销售助理方面的工作经验者优先 3.具备强大的分析、精确、系统、逻辑技能和解决问题的耐心 4.精通英语,懂中文将是一项优势 5.具备耐心和细致的工作态度 6.能够独立工作,并具备良好的团队合作态度 Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s Degree 2.Work experience in retail, B2C business, or sales assistant is preferred 3.Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical skills and patience to solve a problem 4.Proficient in English language, Chinese language would be an asset 5.Work with patience and carefulness 6.Be able to work independently, and well teamwork attitude
