职位描述

1.提供客户服务： 提供售前、售中和售后客户服务，解决服务故障和客户投诉。就任何发 票问题与客户联系，并确保及时解决。 Provide customer service: Implementing pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale customer service, and resolving service mishaps and customer complaints. Liaising with customers on any invoice queries and ensuring resolved timely. 2.为销售经理提供协助： 帮助实现销售目标，确保销售活动高效进行。 Provide assistance to sales manager: Helping meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities. 3.执行文书任务： 准备销售报告、营销材料和书面沟通材料。 Perform Clerical Tasks: Preparing sales reports, marketing materials, and written communication. 4.维护应收账款： 跟进客户，确保收到发 票。维护包含发 票账龄和客户信 息的电子表格。联系客户，为逾期 Maintain accounts receivable: Following up with the client to ensure receipt of the invoice. 5.发 票做出付款安排。帮助应收账款经理确保会计系统准确反映客户的付款情况。 Maintaining a spreadsheet that includes invoice aging and information about the client. Contacting the client to make payment arrangements for overdue invoices. Helping AR manager to ensure the accounting system accurately reflects payments from customers.

任职要求
