职位描述

Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the on-site installation guidance, debugging, maintenance and upgrade of the company\'s power supply products; 2. Train the product principle, use method and daily maintenance precautions for customers; 3. Maintain onsite customer relationship and deal with major client problems; 4. Register and sort out customer call information, submit service cases, track and return visits to customers and close the loop; 5. Collect customer requirements, handle customer coordination, and provide after-sales technical support; 6. Timely feedback of service information to provide improvement suggestions for the company\'s product quality improvement. Job requirements: 1. Major in electrical engineering and automation or mechanical and electrical engineering, experience in after-sales service is preferred; 2. Have basic electrician knowledge, have local electrician certificate, can understand circuit drawings, familiar with electrician operation; 3. Have a good sense of service, understand etiquette, standard Mandarin, strong communication skills; 4. Have strong self-study ability, communication and cooperation ability and independent work ability;
