Collaborate closely with our Design teams in Munich and Beijing to understand our design values in general and design intentions in particular Oversee manufacturers on site and guarantee our high quality approach Work closely with mechanical engineering, R&D departments and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the realization process Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies in the robotics domain and manufacturing methods Advocate for our designs with persistency to ensure high design standard in a competitive market

任职要求

Min. 5 years of experience as an Industrial Designer, in-house or agency Extensive experience in designing products that got manufactured and shipped Experience in designing B2B products in an industrial context Experienced in managing overseas suppliers and manufacturers in Asia Proficiency in CAD tools like Rhino, Solid works, Catia or similar Solid understanding of manufacturing options, requirements and restrictions as well as their cost impact Excellent communications skills (English and Mandarin) and the ability to present design concepts to cross-functional teams Persistency and resilience in pushing for the best design implementation possible Profound interest in robotics and the automation industry Willingness to travel regularly to Asia ( ca. 10 times per year )
