Job Purpose: The purpose of the Finance Intern role is to provide valuable support to the finance team in various aspects of financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. By assisting with financial analysis, reporting, and data management, the Finance Intern contributes to the organization\'s overall financial health and decision-making processes. Tasks & Responsibilities: Assist with Financial Analysis: Support the finance team in conducting financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, to identify key insights and trends. Financial Reporting: Aid in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Data Management: Assist in maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets, updating records, and reconciling discrepancies to ensure the integrity of financial information. Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, preparing schedules, and assisting in the development of financial models to support decision-making. Ad Hoc Projects: Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, or market research, to support the company\'s strategic objectives. 任职要求

Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Initial experience with accounting, finance, or related areas through coursework, internships, or part-time positions.
